I reached out to customer service and Anthony replied and, not only offered his help, but partnered with me to make sure the WP Events Calendar was working the way I had hoped. Great, fast and informative support - helped with all needed.

Although I find Events Calendar does often have issues after updates, Chika provided excellent support, carefully read the information I sent and thoroughly investigated the issue in a methodical way. After we tried various fixes, Chika found the problem (this time, an issue with the theme) and suggested some ways to reach a solution. I'm very grateful and impressed at the care and attention provided, and that they stuck at it and didn't abandon me when the first couple of tries didn't work. Thank you

I've been wanting to try The Events Calendar for a bit, but wasn't sure and I am very glad I finally did! It's a great feature for any community, especially our gaming one that holds online events. While the plugin is really powerful, and can do everything any one could want, I believe the level of customer support is the best feature. Not only do they have integrated AI to assist you, but you can get live chat support (M-F) right from within your dashboard.

I just had a conversation with a support agent, for the first time, and they were incredibly helpful, polite, and professional -- especially dealing with my non-tech savvy self. So kudos to that!

I used The Events Calendar plugin for 2 years and would not recommend it. The calendar frequently went out of sync without warning, requiring constant manual intervention. On top of that, it took a lot of customization just to make it look halfway decent.

The customer support and return policy were also extremely disappointing. The company will charge you for a full year, even if you’ve only used the product for 30 days. There’s no flexibility and the experience feels very unfriendly.

There are much better calendar products out there that are more reliable, easier to use, and backed by companies that actually care about their customers. Save yourself the headache and avoid this plugin.
