Translate labels
I use the events calendar on several websites, including tickets and community events. I had trouble translating some labels. After contacting support, they quickly and effectively helped me with tips and tricks to translate the labels. Response times from the support department are fast.

Great plugin, excellent support
I’m using the events calendar and event tickets plus as a platform for selling tickets for small group workshops. The capability of the plugin has been exactly what I’ve needed, and it’s not only worked out of the box, it also provides clear approaches to customise the look and feel to meet my needs.
I’ve been able to solve most problems using the extensive knowledgebase resources available online, but when I’ve got stuck (mostly with issues of my own making!) the support has been excellent. Prompt and helpful responses that have allowed me to resolve everything really quickly.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people! They are the absolute worst. I cancelled my subscription and they still have attempted to charge my card 5 times and counting. Their plugin is buggy and their support is non-existent.

Great customer service!!
I give this plugin 5 stars BECAUSE the customer support was excellent throughout. I had a problem with not being able to use the plugin correctly because it would not post an event on a specific calendar without posting on the main calendar. I followed the instructions by customer service to correct the issue but still it did not work. Customer service mentioned that plugin engineers would work on the problem and come up with a fix (which they did) and now the plugin works great! So a big THANK YOU to the EVENTS CALENDAR plugin TEAM! You came through even when my patience was wearing thin. Just goes to show you that there is HOPE in this nutty world of plugins when it comes to providing solid customer service.

A solid piece of software for…
A solid piece of software for showcasing your events. The plug is well built, full of functionality and super customizable. I've been working with it for a month or two and I'm still learning about its many features. Best of all, their customer service is simply stellar. I worked with Atousa recently, who provided quick and comprehensive responses to my many questions. Five stars all the way.

Works like expected, great support!
We use the free version of this plugin to sell event tickets via PayPal on our website. Each event has its own ticket contingent, price structure etc. For us, the plugin works exactly as needed, and the support responds - although we only use the free version - with a competent and helpful answer within a few days in the event of a problem with the blocking of ticket stocks. Many thanks for this, especially to Atousa from the support team!
