I saw an employee of yours honking and hurling abuse at an elderly couple going across the crossing as they're 4 year old granddaughter was making it difficult for them to cross.
Under no circumstances is honking and then winding down a window to hurl verbal abuse at a couple with a young child is acceptable.
When you have a professional outfit they will record all assets , locations and give you a report so that if you have an inspection you can go to a single source for the information.
This company refused to acknowledge there short comings. Need to improve and has left us with a bad taste after 10 years.
I have used another company for over 20yrs always been happy with there work and the price ,But these people came in gave a very low quote to service , they then surveyed and said i had the wrong equipment then tried to sell me new equipment , In future i will stick with who i know and trust , i only let them in because money is tight but obviousley theres always a catch .They wont get a second chane
We have started using The Fire Safety Company as we were unhappy with the service received from O'Heap and son. We have used them now for service work and repairs and we have been more than satisfied! The staff are lovely and pleasure to deal with, they are upfront with their prices (which O'Heap weren't) I'm really glad we are working with a smaller friendlier company.
