I really enjoyed the group assessment. It was fun, informative and well organized. Chris made everything engaging and enjoyable.

I have recently decided on a career change and become a Personal Trainer through The Fitness Group. I have been speaking to Harry on several occasions and found him very knowledgeable and helpful. He made the whole process from finding out about the courses, to booking them very easy.

I recently signed up for the level 3 mat Pilates instructor course, I was in contact with Warren and he has been amazing. He took the time to explain everything to me (even late into the evening) and made sure I was happy and understood everything. Highly recommend getting in touch with Warren if you have any queries!

In the process of trying to obtain the course Warren Draper made it pleasant and simple experience for on the way to do so. He helped and guided me all the way and it was a truly wonderful to have spoke with him. 10/10 services

Jessy has been my point of contact and she has been incredibly helpful with advice and navigating my soon to begin journey. Her manner and bubbly nature always leave me feeling re-inspired. She's an asset to the company.

I found Harry very helpful offering great advice from his initial call, he has remained in contact and filled with me confidence to go ahead with my chose course. He has also passed on contact details for Tutors who will be able to help me in the future, overall I am very satisfied with the service he offered.

Allie was my assessor for Mat Pilates and she is exceptional. Her teaching style is firm but fair and this is paramount if you want to learn from the best. The confidence i have gained in teaching comes from her direct and constructive feedback to equip me for real world teaching. If you want no fluff and raw knowledge come see Allie!!!

I completed my Stage 2 Level 3 Pilates assessment at the weekend with Lorena. Lorena was supportive, informative and encouraging throughout. Along with the other class participants this created a really good atmosphere to complete this next stage in my Pilates journey.

Lorena was a great teacher. She really focuses on every little detail to help me improve. So happy with how the course went!!

I completed my stage 2 L3 mat pilates assessment with Lorena. She create positive and supportive environment for everyone, her guidance was always positive, clear and constructive. I really appreciate how attentive and encouraging she has been in her feedback and advice that genuinely helped my development and confidence. Just completed Stage 2 with Lorena, was such a great experience, I was lucky enough to have Lorena as a tutor, for stage 1 and stage 2. Learned so much and I’m definately ready to start teaching thanks to Lorena’s support. She was always just an email away when I had a query and I praise her patience with my class plan haha! Thank you Lorena and The Fitness Group, now onto reformer training!
