I love my new rug and was very happy to get the large 3x4m size I needed for an affordable price. It was also delivered to my door in Mudgee within a few days. I was expecting a much longer wait.

I purchased Rug Culture Arabella Natural Rectangle Rug online to replace my old bedside rug, though I’m always a bit skeptical about buying soft furnishings online since you can’t see the true colours, feel the texture, or judge the quality in person. However, when it arrived, I was really pleased! The quality and colour are wonderful, and it matches the room beautifully. At 165 x 115 cm, it’s a perfect fit for my small bedroom. Highly recommended!

Fast delivery to regional area. Beautiful rug , great quality and better than described. Wrapped perfectly and safely for being left outside. Was worried about spending so much on this rug however it’s exceeded expectations. Very much worth the money.

Yes communication with this company is poor . Delivery should have been within 3-5 days . All I get is a receipt the day I bought it, then waiting for a despatch order but nothing for days so I called them. Yes yes they say it’s in the warehouse and should be sent the next day . Nothing the next day so I call again .
I finally get a shipping email and tracking number. It takes several days but I did receive my order.
I should not have to be calling them.
I must say the rugs are really very nice and just what I wanted for a fantastic price but the stress of not knowing if they’re coming at all was daunting. I give a five star for rugs but office communication 2 stars . They just need to give consistent communications to the customer.

Delivered in good time, perfect condition, great quality, I love it, love it!. While waiting I thought, oh, I didn't check the size, is it going to be surprisingly small, but no, it's huge, I love it! A big daddy of a beast. A bit of country for my house in the city. Love it.

Rug & rug mat arrived in good condition & looks great. It’s very nice to walk on
Delivery could have been a little faster but very happy with the price.

I ordered 2 x black rugs & received 2 x blue rugs. When I raised it they stated that colour is within their acceptable variation therefore would be a change of mind return meaning I pay shipping & a 20% restocking fee. There isn’t a black thread on either rug. I would never purchase from this company again. They have zero integrity & can’t be trusted.

Bought the Mineral rug it was delivered promptly and rug was as described. It is a lovely additional to room and very happy with service. I discovered after ordered could get same rug locally but this online price was the best

I made and paid for an order, but was then informed that the product was unavailable (which had been listed as available on the website and I had been given an invoice for). I tried to call 6 times, but the call either went to a full message bank (not allowing me to leave a message) or was told they would call back, but they never have. I tried to change the order to a similar product but have not received a response. I have not received either a refund or support in choosing another product, and it is now days later.

The flooring guys website was amazing and offered the best price for the rug. Delivery was smooth and quick and the rug was delivered neatly packed.
