I love my new Arabella Grey Rug. It was exactly as described, quality is excellent and the service and delivery was great.

I bought two rugs in the same style — one was great, but the quality of the second one was not the same. It looks faded and the colour doesn’t match, which is really disappointing because they were bought for the same room. No problem with the store itself, but the quality of the second rug was not good.

The flooring guys Willoughby Benjamin and Jason have done a fantastic job laying my hybrid floors. Benjamin and Jason gave me good advice and options which other companies did not. The quote was straight forward with all the pricing nothing hidden. They are a very hard working team, I highly recommend them. They are professional, trust worthy, hard working and very good at what they do. My job was hard with lots of stairs and in a difficult location. My floor look amazing. I love the colour warm walnut. I could not be happier. Please make sure to look at the reviews on The Flooring Guys Willoughby website for all there positive reviews.

WARNING!! Do not deal with these guys, I put in an online order on the 2nd September and after several weeks trying to get some information re delivery nobody would respond to my calls, finally I was told my delivery was on its way, 2 weeks on still no tiles, was told yes they are on there way.. nothing but lies.. they finally gave me a refund.. lol that’s not what I call good service. ( Brisbane branch)

1st of all the rug I purchased is AMAZING QUALITY.!!
ITS BEAUTIFUL!! ITS A KENDRA. Customer Service is Excellent. Tracking Notices spot on. Will be definitely buying more rugs from The Flooring Guys.
The price is outstanding compared to other sellers.

Incredibly disappointing experience with The Flooring Guys. They installed hybrid flooring in my unit and mistakenly levelled out my enclosed balcony, ready to lay the flooring. Upon realising the balcony was not part of the project, they left my balcony unfinished.
I have since attempted to negotiate a solution with the franchisee, Tom, and have been told that they can put down epoxy to finish it off, or I could get a discounted rate for them to lay hybrid flooring out there (I.e. I can pay them to fix their mistake). After being told that The Flooring Guys wouldn't be able to put tiles down to fix the error ("thats a BIG job"), it was agreed I would get some quotes for another company to re-tile and TFG would negotiate how much of that cost would be covered by them. After going through the process of gathering several quotes and getting Body Corporate approval, and sending these off to TFG, I have not received any response to my multiple emails and text messages.
I did receive a message from Tom while I was awaiting Body Corporate approval, asking if he could collect the outstanding balance for the flooring job they had done (which does not come close to covering the cost of repairs).
The cost of their mistake is close to that of what I paid them to get my entire flooring done, and I've not received any response to my recent attempts to come to an agreement about repairing the balcony they destroyed. The few negotiations I was able to engage in at the beginning were absolute jokes.
I would not recommend TFG - it is not worth the stress and financial loss.

Couldn't believe my luck to come across this store when they had 50% off! Purchase was straight forward. Communication was excellent and delivery was fast. I absolutely love my new rug!

Exceptional price on my rug order. A little slow to process online order & sending rug but did arrive quickly once sent. Reasonable delivery charge (NSW to QLD) Rug is beautiful. Overall good experience.

Had a really great experience buying laminate flooring here! Ross was super helpful, he answered all of my questions and offered a lot of great advice. The price and quality of the product are amazing! Highly recommend the flooring guys!! AAA+++

WOULD NEVER USE THESE GUYS -

We have had a terrible experience with these guys. Tom - the owner has been shocking at keeping in touch & communicating what's happening . The Floor levelling wasn't done correctly 1st time - so after laying the flooring - it had to be pulled up and re levelled , then relayed. NONE OF THE INSTALL GUIDE WAS FOLLOWED - amateurs...
We had to give the guys the instructions from the install guide to tell them it needed to be glued!! So they and to pull it up and glued to relay. Then when we had some gap issues - these were not addressed and sorted - Tom would not get back in touch after numerous attempts in different ways. They continued laying and its not right- dozens of gaps ! it's aweful . Silence from Tom . No resolution . 6 weeks disrupted in our home. He didn't order enough flooring in the first place so now the job is incomplete- incorrectly layed and we now have to go to QCAT to have the matter resolved!! .DO NOT USE THESE GUYS

Great product, we absolutely love our timber floor. The installation was done perfectly and with real expertise. Fantastic price. Thank you Tom and Man.
Highly recommend

Engaged with the flooring guy to change the flooring for my brand new house (as I had no choice with builder).
No concept of punctuality at all. No show the first date, late the second date. Done only 3 hours and vanish. Told us will be back in 3 hours but not appear at the time. We called to chase up and we’re told need to wait for another 2 hours. We waited till the sky turned dark and still no one is back. Same thing happened on day 3, without even telling us whether he will be back. Messaged him at the evening and he finally replied he won’t come till the day after (day5).

A 1-2 day job could not complete till day 5. And it was very dark when they finish on day 5. I did not check thoroughly. But the day after I went back and found that my brand new garage happened to have damage and crack at where he cut the flooring materials.
So even professionalism was lack!

Avoid at all cost!

I purchased 2 rugs from The Flooring Guys and they are great value for money.
They look and feel fantastic and the quality is outstanding. Highly recommend these guys. Orders are promptly processed and shipping costs are very reasonable.

I don't often write reviews but I love this rug so much!
I have it in my bedroom with my bed over the centre...I feel slightly conflicted covering part of it..its tempting to throw out the bed so the whole rug can be seen!!!!
It makes me feel happy every time I walk in my room. A comfortable cushioned height, easy to vacuum and clean.. and very well suited to a couple of wandering cats and a dog in the house.
Price, quality and colouring was a pleasant surprise and online photos showed a true picture (compared to another rug I purchased elsewhere,its cost, quality and colour was nothing like its online photos)
Delivery was quick for my location..Sydney to Central West and
my delivery guy was really lovely too. He had time for a small chat and a laugh.
When my renos are ready for more rugs I'll be looking back here first!!

Beautiful rug, delivery time was amazing.
The one small flaw is that the rug did have many bumps and creases from being rolled for delivery.
This is the first experience with this and required a few actions on my behalf to speed up the flattening process.
