Easy booking and confirmation. The offers are always honoured by the restaurants. Good offers from time to time.

Do not register anything with them. It is damn near impossible to unregister from their mail"service" and they will continue to spam you.
Unbelievable, that a modern company doesn't have an "Unsubscribe"-option in their mails. Especially when you never agreed to be spammed. Shame on you.

They said my email bounced. Didn’t bother to resend it so had to pay 100% of the bill not the advertised 50%.

We have used this App on our last two holiday’s and it’s been great. With up to date, detailed reviews and photos it’s helped us to choose the perfect restaurants for our trip.

Good choice of restaurants, the rating and comments by other people are very useful

I like using your app because it takes me to new unexplored places and to try different Dining experiences. Normally the service is a little friendlier than a normal walk in customer. The discounts are nice to have and the yums are fun to collect, although using them not always easy in some areas.
Sometimes you send too many emails with offers. Would prefer no more than one message a week from you.

Offers for dinner and possibly to use your Yums are very limited for single persons. It used to be better in the past.

it's a good service for who is looking for a restaurant and to book a table fastly and at right price.

Great choice of restaurants

This is my favourite app when booking restaurants. Easy to use and understand. With various offers it encourages you to try new restaurants. My bookings always were honoured by restaurants and discounts applied without me needing to remind of it.

Fork is a great app as it helps you discover new restaurants. The reviews of other Fork users is invaluable as it gives you a better understanding of the menu / food / ambience in advance to booking.

The discounts offered by restaurants on Fork is a huge benefit to Fork users.

Great app to use especially when travelling abroad. Lots of discounted places to eat which offer great value for money. Also good to use to easily reserve tables in many restaurants.

Excellent site, always look up locations both in UK and around the world for restaurants with discounts. I have never had an issue with discount being applied both in my home town and abroad. Great site, highly recommend.

You detected anomalies on my account. Incorrect diagnosis. My account was hacked during my trip to London. I received two reservations via text message and email that I never made. I had to cancel my reservation by phone and agree to block my account, as the restaurant suggested.

It's surprising that you didn't detect any attempted fraud on October 29, 2025. Or perhaps that's exactly what you did, but without stating it so explicitly. This all seems rather unclear to me.

I always enjoy using The Fork as it makes whole booking a table at different restaurants and easy experience without having to navigate restaurants own often confusing websites. We owned a restaurant in Spain a few years back and used the Spanish equivalent (El Tenedor) as our online booking provider and found them to be super helpful and good for customers (especially in Spain where language can sometimes be a barrier). Also it’s great to see who has special discount offers on as with the best will in the world it’s not cheap eating out any more so it’s great to grab a bargain when you can and The Fork makes that process very easy.

I booked Hakkasan through TheFork for 5th November (for myself, my wife, and child). They took a pre-authorisation on 3rd November, but when I called the restaurant on the day, they said no booking existed.

I then rebooked through TheFork at 10:43 am. When I noticed the advertised 50% discount was missing, I contacted TheFork, who told me to cancel and rebook. I cancelled 13 minutes later (at 10:56 am) — exactly as they advised — and was still charged £150.

Since then, both TheFork and the restaurant have refused to take responsibility, each blaming the other. I’ve wasted time chasing both sides and still haven’t been refunded.

Completely unacceptable. Avoid TheFork — they take your money, offer no support, and don’t stand by their own advice.
