So many options and lots of testers!
I love that they have so many available frags to sniff test, because I personally do not like to be a bother when I’m shopping so the fact that everything is laid out is perfect for a girl that likes to try new frags like me!
Also, I bought online and chose to ship, but then I suddenly decided to pick up in store afterwards - they were able to adjust and make that happen for me.
The gentleman in store was very nice!
I will be back again. I just moved to Bradford so I will definitely find myself there again soon!

They had what I was looking for
Thefragranceshop had the fragrance I was looking for and because I live nearby, I was able to pick it up in person. The salesperson was very helpful and I would shop here again.

Still no further forward on now my 3rd complaint that’s been logged. The complaint was closed, so had to be reopened!!! y
It’s now October, no order since August 5th.
No updates given to me from the Company.

Barnstaple store
Attended the Barnstaple store to resolve an issue I had with an order, spoke to Dawn who made this so much easier and understanding for me. She had help me realise I had not completed my order online but she explained she had it in store, I tried the fragrance and didn't like it so she continued to take her time to help me find a fragrance of which I liked. I have had bad experiences from boots before so was nice to feel valued and spoken to politely. Barnstaple will definitely now be place I go and recommend
