FuseBase helps client-facing businesses give their clients a better experience and get more done behind the scenes. With FuseBase, you can launch branded client portals and deal rooms where clients find their files, updates, approvals and next steps in one place. Your team works in connected internal workspaces, so what clients share flows straight into internal work, and what your team prepares can be published back to the client when it is ready. You can also connect tools your team already uses, such as Monday, Asana or ClickUp, instead of moving everything into a new system. FuseBase goes beyond portals. You can create AI coworkers with defined roles that help prepare client reports, proposals and follow-ups, organize knowledge and keep recurring work moving. You stay in control: your team decides what AI handles on its own, what needs approval and where people step in. Our motto is simple: Your team is in charge. AI gets work done. FuseBase is built for agencies, consultants, professional services firms and sales and customer success teams that want to run their client work in one connected place. If you want help getting started, our team offers hands-on implementation support, from choosing the right first process to putting it into practice. FuseBase also includes databases, custom apps, automations and analytics, and is SOC 2 and HIPAA compliant.

Great tool!
I use Nimbus Note a lot! Only ever had one issue (while using the 'blur' tool I kept getting directed to a page asking me to "Upgrade to Nimbus Pro" I emailed support and they helped me rectify the problem. Nice, simple to use tool.

Almost Great
I needed to break up with Evernote after more than a decade, and Nimbus makes that possible. I love the block layout and markdown formatting. However, the syncing to mobile is tedious and unreliable, and there are a lot of features missing. For example - I can’t create or edit tables on mobile, there is no handwriting OCR like in Evernote, and there is no way to search across workspaces.
I’m hopefull that with more development it will improve. For now, it’s usable but not awesome.

Good features
the bullet list was every thing i was looking for and others apps didnt had it, i have yet to try many other features, but so fare realy pleased.
The only thing i would add is more flexibility for the progress feature, i wish to use it even out of a tabel.

Generally very good. Syncing seems a bit slow sometimes. Transferred from Evernote about a year ago, that was going down.

Nimbus is by far the best note taking system I have come across. Far far better than Evernote
Support is also stellar and usually replies in about 3 minutes through the in-app chat.
