Wrapping up the year, I can confidently say The Futures Desk sets the standard. Dan, Asher, and Fiel have been exceptional across the platform—consistently supportive, communicative, and present.

When market-wide issues hit, they showed real grit: staying in touch, explaining challenges clearly, and keeping traders informed instead of leaving us guessing. Even when we spiraled (because… trading), they met it with patience, help, and grace.

What stands out most is the communication, transparency, and availability of this team. That combination is rare in this industry—and it’s why I trust them as my go-to prop firm heading into the new year.

Considering every single aspect of a company, TFD shines in all of them. The way that you are able to customize your assessment is unlike any other firm I have come across. The overall structure of the assessment is very straightforward and geared to making you a better trader. The path to live is amazing, no sim payout to keep you on the hook. I would have to say the shining star in this company is there customer support. If every company, even those outside of the prop firm space, handled their clients like TFD the world would be a better place. If there is something that you need help with, all you need to do is ask. Whether its on the site support or through discord.The response time is amazing and they are always kind and professional, no matter what time of day.If you are looking for a prop firm who could help you grow as a trader, this is it.

In terms of caring about the trader for a long-term partnership, TFD reigns supreme. Many firms tout the word "partnership" only to bind the trader in a lopsided power dynamic that feels antagonistic to work within. Not at TFD. If you are serious about long-term success as a trader, you deserve to trade here. Understand what this firm is all about, trade responsibly, and they will take care of you. In terms of a strong foundation for consistent trading success, TFD is second only to your own live account.

Support answers questions super quickly and TFD-X wasn't affected by ProjectX's issues this week!

Easily the most expensive futures prop firm in the entire industry and it's not even remotely close.

They don't allow tradovate

And they force you to ONLY base hits even of your profitable strategy is not scalping. If you have a losing day, you can't make up the entire loss plus the base hit the next day. So for every losing day you have, your eval is extended an extra 2 days. It's a black hole unless you're lucky enough to never have a single losing day thru the entire eval. It would be better if they simply had a consistency rule that allowed you larger profits so that if you have a losing day, you can make the entire loss back plus the base hit the next day

They've answered all my questions and always got back to me within a reasonable time.

I’d say they’re the only firm that actually care about their traders and want them to succeed. I’ve been with a lot of firms, went through sim funded and also live as well but nowhere does it like TFD. They do everything very professional, care and quick. They’re the only firm that I’m with and looking for long term and make them money as well not just for myself, the representative Asher, Dan, Fiel, Brian and Josh always go above and beyond to take care of their trader.

I never give 5 star reviews. But I have no problem doing so for The Futures Desk. This is an amazing company. There are lots of reasons to use their products but I will say hands down the top tier service value is their customer support. Impressively fast, patient and helpful.

I've just started with The Futures Desk, but the support have been great. I bought the wrong account, they went out of their way to help out.
TFD have a novel way of allowing the user to have more control over their account parameters. I have no interest in passing an account in four days, so by opting for a minimum of 12, I saved good money. Similar savings can be had by altering daily loss limit etc.
They have a suite of journaling tools that look very promising, and free level 2 data, as well as a static drawdown option.
Their fees for keeping an account live are inexpensive, they also give you extra time when you purchase a reset, which is also reasonably priced. This account seems like a good long term option to me, encouraging traders rather than hobbling them. I will update as things progress, but I'm very happy with this choice of firm.

Best prop firm in the field... Support is extremely quick to respond to any question we have and they are like family... The CEO wants to make sure that the futures desk is different then the rest by actually caring about the trader instead of their failure to keep collecting large sums of money by implementing the most ridiculous rules so they can fail easily.. Most prop firms are greedy and don't care about the trader, they care about them failing so that they can keep collecting their money. This firm is by far the best of the best and I have tried many of them. One of the best parts about TFD is that we can take as long as we want to pass the challenge with a small monthly subscription fee, and when we trade live we can cash out daily, and there is much much more that is exciting with TFD... I found my home. Thank you futures desk.
