Everything so far has been good. I really like the platform and the fees are very low which is great.

I have just started with The Futures Desk, and I am so glad I found them and pulled the trigger. TFD is totally transparent and up front about what they are and, most importantly, what they are not. The pathway to live funding is clear, and The Futures Desk has a genuine interest in having you succeed.

The Best and Excellent platform

I guess they have one of the best plans in industry, if you lack discipline , give it a try. Doesn't matter how you try it will keep you disciplined.

I reached out to the help desk after hours to ask for help. 5 minutes later Fiel got it done. This prop firm has the best customer service. I highly recommend them.

Good propfirm, quick support !

I screwed up when I bought some accounts - meant to sign up for Rithmic but didn't notice that I was on the X system. Dan on the support team worked hard to help me get switched over even after I had taken a couple trades under the wrong platform. Later in the day I needed help integrating NinjaTrader with my FuturesDesk accounts and Fiel came to my assistance - getting me to the final step of being able to trade with them. The best support I've ever had with any of the prop firms!

Being focused around working to live rather than gambling in eval is refreshing!

I think what made me pull the trigger was the extensive customization available for my account. (Drawdown type, scaling etc)

The platform itself is superior to many I've seen and caters to responsible trade journaling which I greatly appreciate.

On the downside the projectX integration (TFDX) has been very buggy.

Timezone preferences and timeframe favourites are not being saved, indicators and drawings removed..

This is not mentioning the unstable nature of ProjectX being reported, this is specific to the TFDX integration of ProjectX I have experienced which I'm sure they're aware of and working to fix.

Overall fantastic experience and I hope to be here for the long haul.

the daily loss limit set to 600 is awful. I get stopped out right before my take profit. do not recommend at all. Wish I had not purchased.

TFD is great. Great service, excellent response time and good people.

One of the only true prop firms in the industry. The others are just funding companies, however what Josh and his team have built is really refreshing for the industry. strict rules in the evaluation stage makes sense and shows that they are interested in you developing your trading before going live with firm capital, whereas firms that allow pass in one/two days, but have strict consistency in the funded stage are more interested in extracting money from traders swinging for the fences.

I also really love how the team deal with support issues as it makes it feel like you are in a partnership with a firm and not just trying to play the system and navigate rules to extract sim capital. good job guys

The most efficient support experience I have tried among different Prop. Literlly every issue I encountered got replied and solved within an hour

I had the best experience and couldn't even begin to express the gratitude I have for this company. My screen was gray with an active trade going. Couldn't add contracts or close anything. Support closed my -800 trade and reset both of my accounts (was copy trading) THEN, I linked them again but the totals weren't matching. He said based on good faith, he brought the lower to the higher total! It was a $170+ difference! No other prop firm would have done that and would have blamed the connection or anything else and left it as is. I'll never use another prop firm but this one. In this trading world, many just want your money on failed evaluations and they made it right.

I wasn't expecting a response so quickly over the holidays but Fiel from customer service answered my enquiry within a few hours and resolved my issue immediately. Awesome service!

The support from the TFD has been very responsive and effective even during after hours when the support desk is normally closed! Love that. Didn't expect help with a technical issue until tomorrow morning but Fiel seems to always be available. Thank you so much for all your support over the last few months. Very much appreciated. Im new client just signed up a week ago but so far it has been amazing the support even after hours has been amazing some of the best support I have experienced also the dashboard and all the tools to help you become a better trader is great it seems to me there whole business model is to actually help you to become a better trader and want to see you make money the way things are setup not like other prop firms dont want you succeed in the beginning because they just want to collect fees not looking for good traders have to say best prop firm i have dealt with after bad experiences
