Don’t underestimate them. Everything was good from start. Then I got my bracelet (the creation of Adam one) but sadly I ordered the smaller one, and it didn’t fit me. I tried opening and closing it the whole time until I broke it. Nothing to do with the quality, the quality was outstanding and the level of detail on the hands is amazing. I texted the team for a hope to get some help seeking options for a replacement. they answered quickly, helped me and offered me to replace my broken one and this time with the right size. I’m surprised of how much they care about their clients, I’ll definitely keep buying their products. Good quality and a great brand.

I am very particular about jewelry, which is why I rarely wear any and would normally never buy it online. When I saw the necklace featuring tanzanite, my favorite stone, I decided to take a chance. It turned out to be perfect. Now I check your website every day to see if there is anything new. Keep up the great work.

After placing my order, I was informed that several items were sold out. The customer care team was responsive and supportive, offering clear guidance on suitable replacements. Response times can take a couple of days between messages, but the communication is helpful and solution-oriented.

I am currently awaiting feedback regarding the return of a few items that did not fit. I will update accordingly. 😊

I like Gasper, they had great customer service and suggestions. I like the fact that there metal doesn’t cause an allergic reaction. Both rings I bought are excellent. I bought a ring finger and a pinky finger. Ring finger fits perfectly and the pinky finger is too large, that’s my fault I didn’t know what size to get!

I really appreciated the customer service I received from Gasper.co. I ordered the Waterdrop Cuff and really was happy with it. The only issue I think I had was wearing it 24/7 caused a little more wear/tear then I had hoped after 4 weeks. After mentioning this on a review Jazmin reached out to me and offered to replace the item. I was not expecting this. I've had the new one for a couple weeks not and am just more mindful when I wear it and I think as long as I don't wear it 24/7 the longevity on the bracelet will last much longer. I was definitely impress with how they handled this cause I really like the bracelet and every time I wear it I get compliments. Thanks again for going above and beyond. This will be the first place I look when needing new jewelry.

Bought a ring for my boyfriend as a Christmas present, which unfortunately didn't fit. Even though the returns window had already passed, Daphne on customer service team was quick to help me out and secure an exchange for a different ring. I was met with patience and compassion throughout the correspondence even when I was slow to reply. It was by far the nicest and most helpful customer service I have experienced!

Bought a couple of Gasper rings which looked nice. Unfortunately, the chains were too small. Followed their exchange procedures. After a couple of weeks I was wearing my new chains. Everything went really smooth.

My order arrived in a timely manner and everything looked as advertised. I can't speak to durability yet but they look to be solid pieces that will hold up. I had a little issue with a discount code at the checkout and customer service was great, got back to me promptly, and resolved my issue quickly. In today's day and age, that's something rare. I will definitely purchase from Gasper again.

I ordered the tanzanite chip necklace with 3” extenders. I was blown away by the expediency of my order from placing my order to receiving it. Well packaged and exactly as pictured. It looks great, fits well and makes a classy statement. Strongly encourage anyone considering ordering to do so. They come through with flying colours.

Package arrived quickly. The product itself is wonderful. I ordered a Creation of Adam bracelet for my partner and I. We put them through the pool, shower, and sauna tests and they haven’t changed color or been damaged in anyway. That was important for me when searching for a company with legit metal products, as my skin is very sensitive. This was an excellent Valentine’s Day gift for us.

The style is very nice, however the color of the gold is quite off! Not authentic looking at all.
It’s a novelty piece of jewelry. I wouldn’t be buying anything else. Sorry just my opinion.

Pretty happy woth the necklace. Just stated wearing jewelry again so ita a comfortable fit nothing too flashy and looks good with anything i wear. I rarely take it off
