Ordering service was very easy. No problem with lead time either. Communication needs improvement. Once ordered and confirmation e-mail received it was down to me, the customer to follow up delivery date as only a window of a week commencing, was provided. Two delivery dates were promised and goods didn't arrive, again down to the customer to chase up. Better communication would make this company stand out.

The service and delivery was excellent and completed as instructed. What more could you ask for?

My order of eco-ease secondary glazing for a small window arrived early last week and I fitted it over the weekend.
Fitting was very easy.
It came very well protected and removing the protection took rather longer than the fitting.🙂

I fitted it to a small standard double glazed window next to a large standard double glazed window.

The night of the 17th here was very cold outside and there was condensation on the large window but none on your eco-ease secondary glazed window next to it.

The large widow will need eco-ease glazing of width 1168mm and height of 965mm so I;m going to have to plan how to handle and fit it.

Excellent service and at a fair price- Customer services were very helpful. Highly recommended.

place the order.. within the hour i got a call checking the order and confirming delivery times..

then got a call when item was made and ready to dispatch advising it would here the next .. and it was bright and early...

Excellent cost. Timely delivery, delivery driver pleasant and very courteous. Units delivered Wednesday, happy to say new roof panels fitted today. Easy to swap over. Highly recommended

Was a little apprehensive after reading some of the earlier reviews but everything went very well.
Got a call from the delivery driver half an hour before delivery, all correct and very well packaged.

I purchased secondary glazing for my sons apartment on the sea front , fitted with wooden sash windows that were very draughty it would blow a card over on windowsill and cold , I fitted this week very easily as all came ready to fit just clean frames pull off protective films and push on.
the same evening fitted they could wear thinner clothing in the living room while before had to wrap up , I’ve not experienced it yet but all I can do is say I would recommend the glazing shop to everyone who is going to purchase secondary glazing as feedback from my son
