Very Organised system in place. The only thing is I would have liked to have had an itemised list of what my items were worth and I would’ve liked my non-valued items returned.

Service was as expected really, kept me informed and paid me same day, no idea whether it was the right value but I was happy with the outcome, I guess that’s the missing link for me as I had two old gold watches and could not properly work out the value as I’d not stripped right down, it would have been nice to know how value was derived

This was a speedy service with no problems. I also received a friendly text to keep me informed too.

I contacted them twice and still have not received an envelope. The first time I had a text to say that the envelope was On my way its way, it never arrived.i called them on the telephone, left my details, was told that someone from HQ would call me and have heard nothing? 14/2/24 - Since then I received three packs which I returned. The initial price was upped when I said no and then they were returned. I was missing a pack which has now been found and will be returned also. I did not insert their form in the second pack and made a note in the first pack. Both were posted at the POST OFFICE at the same time and a Prof of Delivery was shown to Gold Text. It has taken quite a while to resolve it fully and I stand by my 1 start review as it became very onerous and not at all 'simple' as advertised

I received the bag to put my jewellery in within a few days.I returned it on Monday,had an offer on tuesday afternoon ( which I accepted) and payment into my bank account later the same day.
What a brilliant service which does everything it says it will,and that doesn't happen much any more!
Would thoroughly recommend.

I heard an advert on radio got the envelop through within 2 days but then sat on it for awhile worrying whether reliable or not. In the end went for it. My jewellery meant nothing to me and hadn’t seen light of day in years. Put it in the post yesterday and today I got a phone call and over £500 in the bank within minutes of hanging up the phone My bag was a mix of gold and silver and certainly didn’t expect that much

Quick response on asking for envelope after hearing advert on the radio. Delay with postal system but once arrived filled out the easy form and posted the items back. I received a text the following day with the offer which I accepted and the money was in the bank within an hour. Very happy with offer and received a thank you text from the Company for my custom.

I was sceptical about any gold company but I listened to their advert and decided to try them. I was sent a fully tracked envelope and sent my items in. I was called within 24 hours with remarkably fair offer and I was paid within an hour of accepting it. If you want to go somewhere to sell your jewellery that you no longer want then you would be hard pressed to find a better company. Many thanks.

Brilliant.. I heard the advert on the radio about gold and completed the online form.. I was sent sent a padded bag and a prepaid envelope.. packaged everything up and posted the following day.. the day after that I was then contacted by a member of the team to let me know how much my jewellery was worth and the money was in the bank before we had even finished on the phone … excellent service .. will definitely use again..
