Secession Ltd. Review of The Good Till Co.

We were looking for a till system to link with Xero for our group of cocktail bars. The first I found that I liked the look of was The Good Till Co.

Soon after I made an enquiry I was baring witness to a demo. Then we were able to get another demo where our team put it through its paces. Including chucking water over the iPad - Jonny from The Good Till was very happy and not reluctant in the slightest as you might expect him to be.

The product it self is very in depth and constantly having features added which make keeping track of all of the particulars of running an operation straightforward.

We tested The Good Till Co with one location and have subsequently brought it into a second and will be bringing it into a third in the next week.

Loving our epos

Really loving using our new epos so far, it have made life so much easier for in the restaurant. Also the guys have been really helpful as well when I need help with something. Would definitely recommend.

Great System, Great company

I first came across the team Of "the Good Till Co" at an industry trade show where I was out to try as many epos systems that are presently in the market.

We came across Adam and he gave my colleague and I a thorough demonstration of the system. First impressions were good, I found it clear and easy to use. Very straight forward where as other systems were over complicated and clunky. "the Good Till Co" was a breeze to use.

I needed a strong back office program to help analyze business performance and controls. stock, sales, staff,etc reporting tools.

For the Front of house the system had to be fast, clear, user friendly, fun! (My guys have to like working with the system).

Tech is not my strongest skill but the ongoing support all the way through the planning, programming, integration, installation, operation stages have made it really easy and smooth (stress free).

We have gone from 1 venue to 5 venues in the space of a year, phone support has been spot on. Rob, Adam and the team at "the Good Till Co" have helped us get there smoothly.

"The Good Till co" have a great system and are a great company.
Five star, highly recommend.
We will continue to grow our businesses with the "the Good Till Co"

A perfect Solution.

Just a quick word to say Adam was brilliant in explaining the product as was Sam in assisting in the setup. I can't say enough how easy and straight forward the process has been. I would highly recommend the good till company.

Great product, service and team!

It was very daunting when I started my new role managing a beauty shop for the first time. I had to find the best till and system for our services and retail. The team at The Good Till Company could not have been more helpful - from the very beginning they advised the best till for the business and their step by step guide to setting up the POS made everything so simple that we could get started with the system right away. I loved the simplicity of having every product in it's own tab with a photo - it was so easy to get the team at the shop till trained.

Any time we needed help or were unsure of something they responded so quickly and talked us through new features or solved things very quickly - you were made to feel important and I loved that, nothing was too much trouble.

I now have my own business starting in the next few months and cannot wait to get set up with the team again to get a till and system ready - wouldn't go anywhere else.

Always listening and improving

We've been using The Good Till Co for nearly a year and a half now for our coffee shop/restaurant. Yes, we've had our issues with it and yes there are things it could do better but all till systems do. The difference with 'The Good Till' though is they listen to and act on feedback with positive changes: how many other POS companies will even listen to you if, like us, you only have one site? We genuinely look forward to continue working with them as we open site #2

Great customer service

Great customer service, always friendly and willing to try and help where possible! A few teething issues with the system itself, but most of our requests have been taken on board.

The Good Till was easy to set up and…

The Good Till was easy to set up and our users were trained in 10 minutes. The interface is clear, simple to use and the transactions are superfast. The support is excellent and because they are based in the UK they are always available at the times we need them. They are constantly improving the software and introducing new features so we know the system is future proof. A fantastic product at a great price.

Friendly and happy to help

We are currently working with Good Till for our new system and have found the experience extremely pleasant. Both Kenny and Adam were so helpful through the whole process, answering all my questions and easy to get in touch with.

As a charity, we search through a lot of POS providers and found Good Till the most cost effective and straight forward process. Would definitely recommend.

Great

Great, London-based customer service. Good to know there’s someone there when you need help.

Software’s in constant development, so improvements and new features to look forward to. It’s also been very stable in the three months I’ve been using it in my café.

I looove Good Till!

I love Good Till!! It’s such a great system and it’s so easy to use. We’re a mobile coffee business and it works great for us. Amazing customer service! Adam is a legend! Can highly recommend.

Easy Easy!

I am very pleased to say how easy it was to change from Vend to the good till co, the software is easy to use, my staff took to it straight away with no problems. The tech guys have changes the software to make my business much easier to control, the back office is much easier to use compared with Vend.
The sales team, and tech boys had me set up within one week from signing agreement, and it's half the price of Bend.

Adam gave a good demo of the benefits…

Adam gave a good demo of the benefits thst good till co could give my business and was able to answer all my questions clearly. I haven’t used the system yet but if it’s anything like the service then I will be very happy.
