Helpful and friendly!

The guys running this are great, super friendly and helpful - still a few glitches with the system but I know they’re working on them, on the whole a great till system!

Aneto cafe in East Dulwich

Aneto cafe in East Dulwich is very pleased to work with the Good Till Co. We couldn’t recommend a better EPOS provider in London. They’re quick to respond and efficient. Their system is simple, straightforward and accurate. It is a precious tool to any business small or big. And we can tell because we recently expanded! We have turned our little coffee shop in a restaurant: and the Good Till hasn’t disappointed us. They helped us to make the change smoother and practical.

Great product with fab support throughout

Great product with fab support through setup and installation and beyond. Service team at the end of the phone in case of any hiccups. Easy to navigate FoH system which our team have got to grips with very quickly. BoH system easy to use after a quick training session, quick to setup new items and update existing ones. We added the table numbers package onto the initial package which has made service in our café much quicker.

Intuitive software and great service - worth the investment

There's so much to think about when you're starting a small business and it can get very stressful juggling all of the items you have to tick off your box before opening.
The Good Till Co do their utmost best to make the process of finding a POS system as stress-free as possible. The sales team really take the time to discuss the system with you and help you find the best solution catered to your business. Set-up of the hardware is easy, as for the software it is really intuitive and the support team are always there to help you with any queries.
Even after you are up and running, you don't the sense of being abandoned that you get with some companies. Diego on the support team has always remained available to answer even the silliest question with humour and excellent customer service skills.
Yes, it is an investment, but your POS is an integral part of your business - if it goes offline or crashes in the middle of service you are going to be in a real pickle. I can honestly say that The Good Till Co have been worth the investment for us.

Happy

We've been really happy with The Good Till Co. They will guide you through set up and have a pretty decent reply time when you contact the support team. The POS is user friendly and can be set up to fit your needs.

I found the whole setting up process…

I found the whole setting up process extremely easy- with plenty of help from The Good Till Team. they are all really helpful & knowledgeable on the product.
the after care has also been really good, any query's or help I have needed have been dealt with really quickly either via email or by them calling me personally.
Would highly recommend to anyone looking to install a new till system.
Very pleased with my decision to use the company.

Very good POS system

Very good POS system, lots of options and possibilities. I was able to get an amazing price for the system (more than 1/2 price vs competition). Great customer service, with James' help I was able to setup the system over the phone in 2hrs but some preparations ware made before my phone call (I got familiar with the back-end before). Works well even if there is no internet available (sync after a connection is restored). Be aware of iPad updates, schedule them overnight as they blocked my system during the day!
4* because there is a room for improvement as no one is perfect but I like that The Good Till Co are open for suggestions and are encouraging to write about found bugs/errors ready to fix them

Really helpful guys always on the end…

Really helpful guys always on the end of the phone. Only company that took real time to show us through a demo of the software. Easy to use and adapt quickly. Can colour code and add photos to the product buttons so even the densest of staff can use with ease. Transparent pricing and good selection of hardware to buy on the website. Highly recommend these guys. Particular shout out to Adam who’s had an answer for literally every ridiculous query ive thrown his way and to diego for making changes and troubleshooting at short notice!

A fantastic product with great features and support. I look forward to working with them as their product grows into a competition bearing platform.

Epos system for our takeaway restaurant

I was looking for an epos system for my shop, but no matter which ones I looked at I was always drawn back to the Good Till Co.
Our system has been up and running for the past 6 weeks and has been brilliant ! It's easy to use and easy to adapt to our environment.
5*'s for The Good Till Co.

Certainly live up to their name.

The Good Till Co. are brilliant at what they do! Not only do you get the latest hardware, but the software is completely customisable and can be adapted to suit even the most intricate of business'. The staff are always very quick and keen to help should there be any queries with the system.
As a menswear retailer i'd be happy to recommend The Good Till Company to anyone.

18 months of Good till and very happy!

Excellent intutive software, much better priced than many competitors.
We partnered with the Good till company team when starting up our second cafe.
The interface for the user is simple, the back office information is well presented, the programing is relatively easy.
We had no problem user the cheaper remote set up, and eveyone I've spoken to at the company directly has been very friendly.
The pricing for the overall package is excellent.
The system functions well under extreme pressure on busy weekends.
There is ocasional issues with how we'd like to arrange sub menus and variants, but all till systems we've worked with have their own systems to follow.
Overall, 18 months of good service and we would use again.
