Tain Scout Group

TGWA kindly handled the auction of a Dornoch Distillery bottle from cask #001, sold in aid of Tain Scout Group. Happily, it sold for more than expected! Very easy to deal with, good communications, and even waived seller's fees in aid of a good cause.

Well my WA

Well my WA. You are lucky!! If your reading this (and not an AI), then my complint is regarding the shipping cost. My stupidity/ your good fortune (same thing), i didnt see the flat rate $112 to ship to the US.

If I did, I would not have bid for a.$30 bottle. Just not worth it.

Prior to joining TGWA at the registration stage, you are asked by a pop-up on the shipping page (showing the costs), that you acknowledge these costs.

For information - We also have free storage for 70 days which if you bid across two auctions you can combine your shipping to make it much more economical. Just select hold in storage if you win anything in future auctions.

First timer

Clear and straight forward instructions on their website makes navigating very easy. The valuation was spot on and the flow of emails as the auction went on added some excitement to the event as this was my first time.
