Speedy dispatch and haven’t had any of the issues mentioned when dealing with customer service. They got back to my email within a day of sending it and were very receptive of my issue and willing to help where they could.

First order i placed was great. Second was problematic. I was sent the wrong item. Obviously not my fault but won't refund postage and had to pay to return the item. Then had to chase for a week and a half to get the refund. Emails ignored. They have no telephone number. So has left a sour taste. Got there eventually, but as it wasn't even my fault, should it be so hard?

Decent Store with a good range, very poor customer services though and just be aware that if you return an item they do not refund your initial postage (which they are required to do by law) sent two emails asking about this which they have ignored. Wont be using them again.
Shipping policy says "All orders are shipped within two business days." / "International orders arrive within 2-4 business days of completed order processing."
Lies. Big fat lies.
One week, and four emails without answer later, I'm still waiting for some explanation about my order. Customer service is non-existent. Now I'll have to contact my bank. The worst online shopping experience.

I received my order, which was way too big for me. I'd ordered a non boutique item, paid for tracked postage, and confirmed with Joe it has been sent with tracking. Over a week later, multiple emails and phone calls, still nothing at all. No confirmation the goods are received, refunds been processed etc.
The whole process would have been fine, provided I didn't need to return anything, so if you know exactly what you want, buying from TGD should be fine. I'd just be cautious where you need any kind of support
I have never purchased anything from this company but receive spam texts and emails on a monthly basis for over a year . Can only assume they bought my details from somewhere, but safe to say I’m not buying their products any time soon.
Bought two items in the online sale.
One looked more like a gimmicky print in person than in the photo.
Refused the return against UK policy for e-commerce shopping.
Like everyone else, I should have read the reviews.
No item received after more than 4 weeks, with no response to 2 emails and a direct message on the site. Will be disputing via bank. Avoid!

I didn't have the tracking number as lost the receipt. Emailed and have been ignored now for a week...
Asked what next steps are? No response
Maybe they could look for the item in their returns section?
Returns seem to get lost a lot from what ive read.
Won't be buying from them again.
