Alex was the best! Very patient and understanding. I can’t say enough good things about him. I had previous driving experience in the states, but he helped so much with my confidence on the UK roads. I would recommend him to anyone who needs lessons!

Dave was an incredibly supportive, helpful and patient instructor. His method of teaching was in depth but also easy to understand. The lesson times were really flexible and great mock test feedback was given as well as plenty of helpful videos.
Finally he is a great person in general, always positive and can tell he genuinely cares about his students passing.
There is no one I would recommend more.

After using a different instructor for a year and having an overal negative expericence, I changed to David Jonker.

Within 10 mins of my first lesson he filled me confidence. As an instructor he was great, I couldn't of asked for more. Things I previously struggled with he made simple, convincing me that I am actually a good driver. I passed first time and as much as he'd say it was all me he should take a huge chunk of credit. As an instructor he was top tier but also he is just a generally nice bloke, I enjoyed and even looked forward to having lessons with him we had a good laugh learning.

I could not reccomend him enough

I’ve just passed my manual driving test and I am absolutely buzzing! I have had about 40 hours of lessons with Liam and he’s been the most patient instructor I could have asked for 😂 thank you so much Liam and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a nicer instructor :)

Alex is the BEST driving instructor ever, he was so patient with me an so understanding! I passed second time today an I couldn’t have got back out there without Alex’s support a faith in my driving. I’m going to miss our chats an weekly catch ups, but here’s to the next chapter!! Alex, Thankyou so much you really are great!!

My instructor Dave was lovely, really great teacher and just a lovely guy to be honest. I had lessons with him for just leas than a year, and manages to pass my test first try from his teaching.

Green cat and Dave in particular was a great supportive instructor for my son. He really enjoyed his lessons and with Dave's help he was able to pass first time in only 6 weeks couldn't recommend him and Green cat enough 👍

On my first lesson I asked Alex if we could aim to get my licence before I went back to college and that’s exactly what he helped me do, in 2 months of learning he taught me everything that I needed to know to pass a test, and how to properly drive once I have passed. His 2 hour lessons are brilliant, they help you get plenty done and are definitely worth it. Thank you Alex 😁😁😁

Dave was very friendly and supportive, as well as a clear and constructive teacher. Wouldn't've wanted anyone else to help me before my exam!

Alex is a very good instructor. Even though I was nervous to drive for quite awhile, he will make sure you know what you're doing. Explains stuff very well to make sure you definitely understand what to do. Also very reliable, will let you know if there's cancellations so you can pick up more lessons.

Well what can I say now my feet are back on the ground following my successful test today?
Alex at Green Cat is a complete gem of an instructor. Always patient and understanding - he allows you to learn and develop at your own pace. But with the right amount of can do attitude to push you to excel. I can not recommend him enough and the only downside is I will miss our weekly catch ups!

Alex is a SUPREME Driving Instuctor

After trying a few instructors and finding we just didn’t gel Alex was the best I could have hoped for. He is equipped with all the latest equipment and has a genuine passion for teaching people how to drive and an excellent teaching style. He clearly likes teaching students and nothing was too much trouble he is always available to talk on WhatsApp and answer any queries or worries you have and will msg you back at 8 o clock in the morning if he’s not in a lesson. I can’t recommend Alex enough and thanks to the Green cat I passed first time! If you are looking for an instructor who wants to and will do everything he can to get you passed and on the road than look no further…..the Green cat is here! (MEEEOOOWWW)

I started my journey with Dave last July on my 17th birthday and today managed to pass my test first time! He’s friendly, made my experience enjoyable and I felt at ease every lesson because of Dave. He pushed me season after season to be the best I could be, explained everything amazingly, had lots of resources to go back and look over if in need of reassurance and overall would highly recommend him.

David thought me how to drive in 4 months. He just cares so much about his pupils. Very reasonably priced, I had no other training apart from his lessons, and I passed with 2 minor faults. A great driving school without a doubt. Thank you very much.

Alex was absolutely amazing. He was so helpful when needed, talked through everything perfectly. He was also great company and a really, really great person.
I had my initial driving test cancelled and, as a result, Alex was constantly checking for cancellations and managed to get one for 5 days later.
I really enjoyed my lessons and can't thank him enough.

I’ve been driving with David Jonker from green cat driving school for about 3 months and today was the day that I have passed my driving test, the thing I like about David is that he throws you in the deep end and wants you to excel, he is really patient and explains everything really well to test level standards and provides students with a resource that they can refer back to when unsure or struggling with certain skills needed to pass a test, as well as being on point with everything he is so friendly and welcoming and can have a laugh, so I would recommend green cat highly for new drivers.
