Had visit today with Rita the hygienist . She is excellent very thorough and gives helpful tips to assist you maintain good mouth hygiene.

My first experience with the Guild Practice was for six implants - they have all been great, and no pain involved! More recently I had a Cerec crown fitted and I was surprised that this could be completed in one day. Bruce makes one feel at ease and the process was clearly explained. The whole team from receptionists to nurses to Bruce himself were excellent as usual. I couldn't praise them highly enough and would recommend the Guild Practice unreservedly.

I have attended Heidi at the Guild Practice over the last year and always found all the staff there most welcoming, courteous and professional. Heidi, who is obviously passionate about her work, has provided me with a Michigan Splint which has turned out to be a perfect fit and I have found the management much less effort than I anticipated!

I have been a patient with Bruce for many years and he is the embodiment of professionalism and courtesy.

A massive thank you to Heidi!! My experience with the Guild Practice has been absolutely incredible from start to finish. I attended Heidi at the recommendation of my own dentist for cosmetic work on my two front teeth, and I am so glad I did! Heidi was warm and welcoming and made sure to explain everything every step of the way. There were no hidden costs and they were extremely flexible with appointment times. Heidi is even more of a perfectionist than myself and it is definitely reflected in her work, I couldn’t be happier with my smile! I genuinely could not recommend them more, thank you so much!

Crown and filling both done. The crown was done in a very short time and no pain at all either when the work was being carried out or afterwards. Just absolutely wonderful. Brilliant dentist and really lovely reception and nursing staff. Excellent.

I've been going to the practice for around 4 years. People are lovely and smiling faces. One thing they don't do is pain! Amazing how i got implants and felt no discomfort at all. I'm getting 4 more and i don't dread going, fact is i enjoy a chat with Bruce about everything under the sun. Kathy keepers me younger looking but that a secret😃 10/10 couldn't find better

This practice have been great- my mum was with them and they came to visit her after her stroke keeping check in her. They were great with Dad too, when he was uncertain and nervous. I've since had treatment and they've been super professional throughout. A great outfit.

I have been with The Guild Practice for many years and have found the dentists, their assistants and all the staff to be friendly, reassuring and excellent at their job. Nothing appears too much effort for them. More importantly, I know that whatever treatment I am to get, it will not hurt. It never has.

I have recently become a patient at The Guild Practice, and have already been blown away by the standard of care shown from the outset.
From the warm and reassuring welcome at Reception, to the relaxing , calming environment found in the Waiting Area , through to the Surgery , were all my fears and anxieties were instantly soothed by Bruce's gentle yet competent approach , it's becomes clear you're in good hands !!

Initially a nervous patient but wanted my teeth to be as good as they could be. Kathy and then a few days late Lorraine succeeded in easing my anxiety and in fact so much I am not at all dreading my next appointment. They took the time to explain everything and were so kind it totally put me at ease. Thank you and so glad I joined your dental practice.

When you're my age and after decades of bad dentistry (and bad neglect on my own part!) dental care is an ongoing process. Things need fixed, and there are always many options. My experience of Heidi's care over the last several years in one of tremendous knowledge and competence and judgement in knowing what's the best option in a given situation, and being able to explain the pros and cons in a non-coercive way. The treatment itself - from implants to bone grafts and implantoplasty and other things - has been totally painless and easy to undergo and recover from, and she and Leslie and the whole team are so thoroughly nice that it is always a pleasure to go to see them. Rita the hygienist and both Traceys and Sabrina are all really great too. The costs are very reasonable and always explained up front. I have total confidence in Heidi's judgement and skill and am happy to rely on her decision as to what is best.

I have been trusting Bruce and Heidi Guild and their team to carry out my dental work for over 10 years. During that time, I have probably had most of the problems and treatments possible. I have always found the entire practice very friendly and most accommodating, helpful, reassuring, and efficient.
