Great treatment and lovely staff, can’t fault

Very caring and attentive team from reception through to dental nurse and not least Bruce Gild Who has amazing technical skills

I have been attending this practice for over two years and have been indecisive about treatment,however l have found Heidi to be very patient and takes time to talk me through options.The hygiene regime I'm having with Lorraine is
carried out with care and kindness.This practice is really well run and all staff l have met are very professional.

As a very nervous patient , I feel much more at ease now all due to the friendly caring team at the practice. Heidi has carried out all my implant work and she always takes the time to talk me through every stage of my treatment and always puts me at ease. Both Tracey’s on reception are also lovely and always have a cheery smile. I would definitely recommend the guild practice.

I have been visiting the Guild Practice for more than 15 years, and have always found the service and the treatment to be first class. Most recently, I was treated by Teresa - and I found her to be professional and very competent whilst also friendly and reassuring. I have no hesitation in recommending this practice!

I have been with the Guild Practice since they took over from my previous dentist (twenty years?). Their modern approach to preventative dentistry and concern for aesthetic values was very welcome. I have had emergency work done (a broken tooth, temporary denture made in a day, implant to replace it is indistinguishable from the real teeth) cosmetic work (a dead tooth that goes yellow, internally whitened and all teeth whitened to match, which is done subtly and tastefully) as well as regular dental care and hygiene. I now live in France, but as I come back to Belfast every few months I simply book appointments when I am back - why get a new dentist when I can stick with the Guild? Excellent, friendly, caring service.

All the staff were very good my experience was excellent i would recommend Guild Practice to anyone who wants a pain free visit to the Dentist.

The Guild Practice is so professional & caring. It’s such a comfort to visit this practice as everyone is so friendly. Bruce makes one feel at ease with his courteous manner & explanations of the treatment. His injections are virtually pain free & looking forward to a visit is now very pleasant.
Both Tracy’s are exceptional receptionists, their approach is very caring & make one feel at ease immediately.

The receptionists are welcoming, the waiting room is comfortable and relaxing and Bruce’s dental skills are second to none: gentle, confident, competent and he explains what he is doing.

At the Guild practice I always get exceptional care in a very friendly and supportive environment. Their attention to detail and range of treatments is striking and they have some very sophisticated technology to call on. Everything they do is carefully explained and they go out of their way to make sure I am always comfortable during treatment. I have had complex implant and bone-graft treatment, an experience that was virtually painless and has resulted in many years of happy eating. They stand out when it comes to dealing with 'dental emergencies'. In relieving my recent toothache it just shows that no matter how much time or effort is needed, whatever it takes, they will do the best as quickly as they can!
