This company is very helpful and easy to work with and care about their customers.

I wear a size 4-6, so I ordered small for my 7" shorts. They're too small, so the sizing seems off to me.

The products are nice, good comfortable fabric. Just takes a while to get the orders.

I made a typo on my email address when ordering my leggings, this resulted in me receiving no delivery information. I could not find any customer service details on the website. I had no option but to download the Halara app just so I could speak to someone. It was a text chat service where firstly your chat is handled by a robot after our back and fourth I was eventually referred to a customer service agent.
After waiting for about 15 minutes I was finally on call to a customer service representative.
When typing back and forth it took forever for the customer service agent to type back. When asked about the delay she advised she was dealing with other chats not just me!!
I advised I’m pressed for time and I need to return to work she was unsympathetic and quiet rude.
I would suggest that your customer service agents deal with one customer at a time so your customers feel valued and their queries are handled more quickly and efficiently.
Also have a customer service email and contact information on your website.
Having to download your Halara app just to speak to an agent and then be bitterly disappointed with there attitude is just far too long of a process.
Make it easier for your customers to contact you!!!

Love all the different styles, very comfortable and the pants look nice. I have more than 10 pairs and don’t expect to stop buying them! You don’t have ti be uncomfortable to be stylish. I have endometriosis so having soft pants and stretchy waist is very important to me.

Easy shopping but too long in receiving the product!

L-O-N-G shipping times. Don’t be in a hurry for your order. I did receive communications that my order was delayed, finally shipped, and being delivered, but it was a very long time.

You sent me the wrong jumpsuit! Waiting for another one .. which I originally ordered.. Not a good way to run a business🥺

I ordered three pairs of pants, two wide leg, one overalls. They all fit perfectly and are made with stretchy, breathable fabric, which is what I wanted for summer! I'm going to alter the overalls, because you can see the buttons under the front when I wear it on the shortest length and I'm not a fan, but other than that everything is perfect!

the shipment didn’t take long. the product us good. however, the pants i ordered we tight and had to request return or opt for gift card. overall, very good

Love the jeans I ordered but they do have a foul odor that smells like BO. Gonna try washing again. Hope it helps!!
