Return difficulties

I placed a large order and received it on Sunday. All but two items fit great! I have been trying to figure out how to return the two items that didn't fit but have had no luck. I left a message on tiktok yeterday from Mclaughing02155

I like the clothes, but returns are a hassle.

I have ordered from Halara a few times in the past and I like the styles and quality of the clothes. I love my stretchy denim skirt and work out top especially. However, this time, I needed to return one of the items I purchased and the return process is too cumbersome. It may deter me from ordering again because if I’m not absolutely positive that what I’m ordering will work, the return process is not worth the risk.

Nothing wrong with the clothes…

Nothing wrong with the clothes necessarily but ive bought from you several times and when requesting to affiliate with you was denied. I post reviews on almost everything I buy that could drive sales.

Worth the wait!

Despite shipping taking a little longer, the products themselves are great! I love the shorts and the tshirts that I purchased. The material is lightweight and dries quickly.

halara is a game changer

I have gotten Halara ads foreverrrrr and finally bit the bullet to try them. They did not disappoint— I love everything I’ve received. The material is fantastic and comfy, and sizes are great. I love everything I’ve gotten, from overalls to shorts!

I have been trying to return 2 of the…

I have been trying to return 2 of the items but without sucess. The process stops me confirming my return makung me have to start the process again. I have been stopped at the same poi t over 7 times and i have not received a reply from my email to the service centre.

Don’t expect your items anytime soon

3 weeks from when I paid before my order was shipped, I went on the app and asked to have it shipped in stages, and nothing. Tracking through your app is useless so stop asking people to use it. USPS is not a great way to get anything anywhere. And your return process/app are not well designed. My previous order was bad which is why it’s been a year + between orders. I won’t order from you again for a long while.
