Bought a pirate costume for Halloween.It was a complete piece of crap so badly made ,quality horrendous. Dont waste your money on this website.

Bought a costume on the 22nd of Oct for my Daughter but only later found out her dad already bought the costume so on the 23rd I brought it back still in package , I was told their refund machine was broke ! I went back the following day to ge told the same story and to come back Sunday, went back Sunday and they told me it's too late to refund, considering this is day 4 and the policy says return within 7 days for a refund... no manager around so I asked them to ring one while I waited , 30 minutes later she returned to tell me the manager said I will not be getting a refund to email a complaint if I like 😆 apparently I'm not the only person who had to experience this . I'd never buy anything out of this place again. Please avoid !!!!! I will be taking this further . Absolute disgrace. I would give it 0 stars but it wouldn't let me .

I never got the costume

I am very disappointed. Very little decoration for indoor and outdoor, nothing at all. Only costumes from 30 to 60 euros. All Chinese products that you can get 800% cheaper on themu. I will never buy there again. Every Euro safer shop has more choice

I spent 20 minutes plus in this shop and not one staff member asked me if we needed help or even offered every single one of them stood up talking to each other about college and nights out …. I understand their young but one girl in particular was so loud my child had to leave … train your staff or hire staff who actually care enough to offer help I would have bought something but I had to leave

Irish version very disappointing the costume arrived quickly but is massively bigger than it was advertised and I can only return online and pay for postage even though there is a shop beside me. Also although it says No reviews yet it is not possible to write a review and let others know to but smaller

I had to stitch up the legs of the suit I got as it was not done properly, disappointed with this for the money you spend.

Very please with the costume I bought for my daughter and size was perfect.

Prompt delivery of outfit and kept up to date of delivery through tracking provided. I did mail company as it was charging delivery when it said it was free - error was rectified promptly on website however noone responded to me to let me know I just happened to recheck. Costume is fab, just like the picture!

I ordered for next day delivery yet it didn't arrive until a week later. They required 5 emails back and forth to locate my order which was poor because I even highlighted all the basic details yet they required a special type of form etc....

Bad experience and didn't fulfil the they offered.

I was delighted with the gifts I got on the site and the service was brilliant arrived exactly when it said would recommend to everyone

To be honest I wasn't sure if I'd receive next day delivery as other companies had let me down before. But i was super excited when the delivery showed the next day and before midday too! Very impressed. And super fancy dress gear too!
PS) In all fancy dress wear; always buy your fancy dress outfit 1 size bigger than your own size 😃

This site was great to use. Delivery was so fast! The products were brilliant. I recommened you to so many of my friends. Will definitely be using it again next year!

I ordered a Halloween costume on wednesday afternoon and had it delivered to work the next day. The costume held exactly the pieces and accessoires as stated online. A great fast service and good quality costume.
