Clare has done the most amazing job with my beloved 30 year old Mulberry handbag. It looks incredible, all the marks removed, small holes repaired and a new zip fitted, reusing the original leather pull tag as I'd wanted. Pricing was really transparent and itemised, so it was easy to decide how much work you wanted completing. My bag came back beautifully packaged too. I'd thoroughly recommend using her service.

Quotes from another company were gougingly excessive.
Didn't go ahead as the manufacturer provided a replacement strap.
But if I ever needed a handbag repair or renovation in the future, this company would be top of the list.

I was so pleased with the results of the gold replating on my vintage Chanel handbag. The whole process took 2 weeks which I did not expect. It was a bit nerve racking sending my bag from Bournemouth to Newcastle but everything was fine. My bag which is probably about 30 yrs old now looks brand new.

I've used the services of The Handbag Restoration Company on two occasions over the past two years. On the first occasion, I had my Fendi and Mulberry bags professionally cleaned and restored due to signs of wear.

I've recently got in contact with Clare for a second repair after my ostrich leather bag was severely water-damaged during a flood. I was so relieved Clare said they could fix the damage, and as per the first time, I was so happy when they returned my bag back to me fully repaired and as good as new.
