Amazing company with outstanding customer service. Clare clearly loves to restore bags to their former glory. I needed the lining replaced in my Prada handbag as it was degrading at a rate of knots! She was quick to respond. Gave me advice of what I needed and options. The turnaround was quoted as 12 weeks, however, it was returned to me in less than half that time and the bag lining is beautiful. My cloth Chanel Deauville bag had damaged corners and the leather handle was also damaged. Chanel themselves refused to repair it, which was really disappointing. I searched high and low for a reputable restoration company, but most either had terrible reviews or simply weren’t willing to take the job on. Then I came across THRC! Their glowing reviews were incredibly reassuring, especially when you’re entrusting someone with a high-value item you truly cherish. Having read all the positive reviews I bit the bullet and trusted Clare with my 1980’s vintage Chanel Mini flap bag. I had requested the hardware including chain be re-plated, the internal logo restored and cleaning of external leather. Quotation was 6-8 weeks, however to my total surprise was returned in 2 weeks in absolute beautiful condition. Thank you so much 🥰

Clare beautifully resorted my 1980s vintage Chanel bag to its former glory! While I originally intended to simply have the bag cleaned and conditioned, once it had arrived with Clare, it was advised a colour touch up would help restore its beauty. I went ahead, and so pleased I did!

While quoted 4-6 weeks, turnaround time, my bag was back within 2 weeks beautifully packaged.

I’ve followed on Instagram for a while now and been really impressed with the transformation of the bags being restored. I can only say that the transformations are better in real life, I sent 3 items for repair/cleaning.
A Chanel Flap bag that had faded so badly on the front with the sun it looked grey not Navy Blue, but it’s now back to its original colour only better, I also sent a purse to have the zip to be replaced and you cannot see the difference, the stitching is impeccable, and my daughters red card holder that was dirty,
She was so impressed with the transformation all of the greasy marks gone and the colour restored.
Anyone thinking if using this company I would highly recommend it, Clare’s work is exceptional .
