Great doors. Reasonable price

This was our second order.. the first was for standard sized doors and this one was for bespoke sizes.. the order only took a few more days than the standard sized ones so we were impressed with how quickly the order was turned around and how easy it was to order all the "odd" sizes we had.

I bought some Suffolk latch ironmongery sets ( hinges, latch & handle) I am really pleased with them - the quality of the product is excellent and the service I received over the phone when I needed advice was great.

Excellent customer services with a well explained process and courtesy call on order timelines, followed by emails.
The door itself is a little disappointing with some flaking at the edges and the ledge braces hadn’t even had the nail/pins filled to hide them which is an absolute basic requisite of a quality door. My carpenter who fitted the door thought it was expensive for the simple design and quality of the finish and I’m minded to agree.
On the positive side I did get a door I can use, with a decent solid weight, in the design we wanted. If the edges hadn’t been flaking and the pin holes had been filled I’d be offering 4 stars rather than 3

Door was delivered a lot faster than expected, great communication and really nice to deal with. I need 7 more doors and I know where I'll be getting them from.

The Oak door I ordered was of excellent quality. The customer service was exceptional phoning us and confirming delivery quickly after the order. Would have given five stars if it was not for the hardware ordered with the door. Whilst the hinges and handles were of great quality too, two of the screws heads snapped clean off causing me to have to drill them out. But would recommend this company, the hardware ordered on their website did get sent separately from another supplier directly.

This company (Heritage Floors, Inc.) does an exceptional job. Jim's advice and supervision contributed to a very professional and great job. His estimate was right on target as fair and very reasonable. The attitude of the workers and skill was of the highest quality. Anyone that overlooks this company for a flooring related project is doing themselves a big disservice.

Quick delivery and great quality

Finally found what I was looking for. Company very efficient. Shelf finish quality perhaps not 100%, but I acknowledge timber is a natural substance and you do get verifications

Beautiful oak shelving however the brackets and screws are not of the same standard
