Joke of a company
Purchased oak veneer that was sold as suitable for stairs. 1 week later glue has come away from substrate. Fitted as per instructions. Contacted company and they don't want to know.
Stay away you have been warned.

Thank you for your review.
As per the images you sent through for us to show the issue and the messages we sent, the reason the veneer was coming away from the risers is due to the surface being poorly prepared before the veneer was glued down which is why it has lifted away.
Due the issue being caused because of installation and not a quality issue we are not able to refund any roll that has been fitted. We have however offered to for you to return any unused rolls of veneer back to us and we can then issue you with a full refund for these rolls.

Nice looking door and furniture and arrived before time.
It would good if the ledges were kept back from the edge to make shooting the door in easier.

Highly recommended.
Great communication by the company. The door I purchased arrived ahead of schedule. It was solid, extremely well made and despite it being sold as a second, it was asnear perfect as I could have hoped. I will definitely use Heritage again. Brilliant value.
