I had an awful experience with this company. I ordered some furniture in August last year and the supplier used this company to deliver. The initial delivery took place in November 2025. You’re given 48hrs notice of delivery with an automated notification. Couldn’t get a response to any calls or emails to arrange an alternative date. Weeks went by. Had to get suppliers involved. Furniture was then damaged during delivery. Replacement was finally dispatched in February 2026. Still unable to communicate with anyone in this company - it became a case of either find a way to be there when they want deliver or wait for 2-3 weeks for another random slot. On their second round of delivery attempts they gave me only 12 hours notice. So moved things around to be there but was told they needed to get back early the following morning so they’d reschedule again. After 2 and half months of being messed around, I’ve given up. The owner did eventually make contact last week and asked for a fourth chance to make things right but it’s too little too late.
Update in response to reply below: Very disingenuous response below. They only attempted to contact me by phone for the first time last week and I picked up and spoke with them. They called again a few days ago - I didn’t answer (was driving) and I’d already told them I wasn’t interested in any further delivery attempt. The damage to the table was assessed by the supplier (not me) as requiring a replacement base. My phone shows 11 attempted calls to two numbers for this company (22 total) with no one picking up or anyway to leave a message. Tired of the gaslighting.

Warning!! Do NOT use. They have taken my money with no service used. Contacted numerous times on all their channels but no one has responded for over 3 weeks. I am now forced to escalate.

This company is so helpful, professional and kind. Having had awful problems with the supplier, the Home Delivery Guys saved my sanity. Both Andy and Paul were always available to speak to me and update me and they were true to their word about the delivery. Having had so many doubts and a horribly stressful experience with the product suppliers, THDG were the voice of reassurance and integrity. Thank you so very much, I will definitely be using you again.

I was able to track my delivery. Arrived well within time slot. Very friendly courteous guys. Job well done.

Even before delivery, the communication process was great. Both email and SMS received advising the date and expected time window. That was followed up with Paul giving me a courtesy call the evening before to advise that we would be the first call of the day and apologising that it would be 'very early'. The guys arrived exactly on time and were courteous, friendly and professional in assembling and positioning the sofas. All packaging was tidied up and taken away and Paul ensured that we inspected and gave a clean bill of health before asking us to sign off delivery. All in all a very positive experience. We would be very happy to have Paul and Brad deliver goods to us in the future.

Paul and Brad delivered and installed our kitchen/dining room sofa on time in the most efficient and friendly manner. No mess left and all packaging materials taken away.

Paul truly went above and beyond with outstanding service. He gave me a courtesy call the day before as it was an early delivery and the service persisted through to the final proof of delivery photos. A real asset to the business and based on the other reviews, it really displays that.

The Guys delivered our Nook furniture. They were very helpful and professional at every stage, from the arrangement of our preferred delivery date, installing the furniture, checking it carefully to taking away the packaging. A pleasure to deal with.

Paul and Brad just delivered a door for us all the way from Huddersfield to Essex, they provide us with real time live tracking which was fantastic with no lagging. They were both very accommodating with helping unload the door and parts which were quite heavy. Five star review from us!
