It is so pretty so functional and not expensive

I placed my order on 28th October and still haven’t received it. Tried contacting the company several times — got told to email within “working hours,” which is ridiculous. I did that and heard nothing back. You can’t call them because the phone line just tells you to email. Completely stuck in a loop and no sign of my order. Really poor service and very frustrating experience.

I was pleased the delivery was fast, the product is good quality and will be a great gift.

product is great but wont reply to my email or answer the phone, so if you are looking for a cheap product and dont need to worry about aftersales service or product support then you'll be fine, however id suggest not buying anything from them of significant value

Easy to navigate website. Ordering was straight forward and delivery was timely. The toadstools are a perfect addition to the little fairy corner I've created in my garden for my grandchild to find.

Worst experience. Fraud

Item faulty on arrival. No reply to email, no answer using their phone number. All round poor comms.

Purchased out door clock with thermometer. Misted up straight away so you can’t see the digits and the temperature constantly suggests it is in excess of 30 degrees even after I have used the dial on back to calibrate.

Please also note that buying direct from them is more expensive than purchasing the same item via their Amazon account.

Fantastic company!! Bought a standing Buddha for the garden and it is absolutely beautiful and the price was half of what anywhere else was selling them for. Next day delivery. Will definitely be purchasing from thehomehut.com again and I 100% recommend them
