Item faulty so sent Email and response was quick and told I didn’t need to return the item (outdoor clock) and I would receive a refund (26/6). Then received an Email asking for a photo of item,which I sent only to receive another Email to ask what the fault was,the hour hand just kept spinning round and down to the number 6 so explained that I had already told them in my previous Email. Emailed at least twice since then and no response whatsoever!

Yes the clock is very nice, but could have been a bit bigger. But it looks very nice

I bought 2 solar pagodas and only 1 works.
I emailed customer services and no reply.
I contacted FB page and they said contact customer services.
What a complete shambles. I will be contacting my bank.

This bean bag is not as described on the website! the product description claimed it was waterproof, but it is only water-resistant. The size is also smaller than the XL I ordered, which was listed as 180 x 140 cm on the site and the one I received is 163 x 123 cm!!! Also only half filled which doesn't provide enough support.
The delivery was next day but it was delivered to a wrong address!
I've been trying to get in touch with The Homehut and emailed them a few times but didn't get any response back!
Once you buy a product there's no support after. Very disappointing, waste of time and money.

Never again. Dragon not delivered. Royal Mail say the parcel wasn’t actually send despite my order despatched email. Emailed 4 times. No response. Non existent customer service by phone. I won’t be ordering again.

Ordered a pagoda for the garden and they sent me a set of kitchen steps. I have emailed them 4 times and have attempted to contact them by phone but the auto answer always says lines are very busy so try later but after several attempts I have given up. I will now look to my bank to get my money refunded

I’ve emailed you twice now since receiving my purchase last week, stating it wasn’t working on delivery.

First time purchase, and encountered no problems. The fit together foam tiles for the children to make whatever their imaginations come up with, have been a huge hit and I will be purchasing more. Pack away easily and are easily hosed clean if necessary.
