Great personal service, great product knowledge and quality beds. Unlike the High Street shops where there is too many beds to choose from, The HBC has a small selective choice of beds that would suite all requirements. Gary was very accommodating with a great show room making choosing a bed an enjoyable experience. Would recommend The HBC and would nor hesitate to order another from them. Many thanks.

Great customer service. We went for the Excellence mattress and topper which is very comfortable and great quality too. Would definitely recommend!

The mattress isn’t as comfortable as the one I slept on in the hotel we stayed in that’s why I ordered it, but I am waking up with no more back or neck pain, I supposed we just have to wait until we have slept on it for a while.

We ordered a king-size bed from the hotel bed company Along with a mattress topper and a king-size quilt and two fantastic pillows. We found the whole ordering procedure very easy the staff were polite and efficient right from the start of the order and kept us up-to-date when the bed will be delivered.
The bed is luxurious and extremely comfortable and we’ve had the best sleep since we’ve had it along with a mattress topper that made the bed even more comfortable. The storage under the bed is massive and very useful it’s easy to access and such a bonus storage area!
The men that delivered the bed were very polite and wore over shoes to avoid making our carpets dirty they erected the bed efficiently without a problem and cleared up the mess afterwards.
We are sure This bed being such a good quality and being so well-made will last us many years to come I would highly recommend the hotel bed company to anybody thinking of buying a decent bed at a reasonable price they are an excellent company ☺️

We have recently purchased our third mattress from The Hotel Bed Company.
After staying at the Ampersand where we had the perfect sleep we bought the Sublime mattress and mattress topper.

Joanne in the office was really helpful and gave us great service.

Delivered to our door and placed in sortie by the delivery team we couldn’t ask for anymore and would certainly recommend.

We bought a super king size mattress and feather topper from The Hotel Bed Company , I asked for advise on what I thought I wanted and I got exactly that , superb advise and love both products !
Delivery was also fantastic with drivers that arrived within the allotted time , who couldn’t have been more helpful , superb from start to finish !

Absolutely loving Our new bed, mattress and topper from The Hotel Bed Company. We purchased the bed in April and has resulted in a good 8 hrs sleep every night since.
