During these strange times not everything seems as it might be?. I was looking to purchase a Rolex GMT master 2 CHNR. I was browsing Ebay and I came across a listing for a watch being sold by The Hour Club, at that point the company was unknown to me. After some due diligence I decided to purchase the watch with some reservations as normally would not purchase this type of item of this value without it being seen.I made the Acquaintance of James, one of the directors and the experience only got better. He was very helpful, knowledgable and honest regarding the history and condition of the watch, It is absolutely perfect. A theft check was carried out with the Watch register and a copy provided to me for reassurance. When the watch was delivered it was decided I required a further link. James again was more than helpful and acquired the item when requested. I cannot praise enough James for the experience in purchasing my watch and the service that was provided by The Hour Club. I have no reservations in recommending The Hour Club to friends and will use them again in the future.

I'd been looking at purchasing a Rolex for a number of years and really seriously in the past few months. I hadn't heard about The Hour Club before I stumbled across the company via an eBay listing. After seeing their stock on thehourclub.co.uk, I gave them a call. I dealt throughout with James who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was more than happy to provide additional photos and even a personalised video of the actual watch I was interested in purchasing. Once I committed, the watch was dispatched the same day for delivery the next day and communication in terms of updates was exceptional. Luxury products require an appropriate level of service and The Hour Club were easily up to standard in this regard. I would have no hesitation in recommending The Hour Club to anyone, friends and family included. Should I ever be fortunate enough to be in the market for another Rolex, The Hour Club would absolutely be my first port of call.
