Good Customer Service
I’ve used The Hydro Bros a handful of times now and they’ve been spot on every time. Ordering is always straightforward, delivery is quick, and everything arrives well packaged and exactly as expected.
They’re also really helpful over the phone, which makes a big difference if you need advice or have any questions. Proper good customer service.
It’s good to have a company you can rely on the products are quality and consistent, and I’ve never had any issues. You can tell they know their stuff.
I’ll definitely keep using them going forward and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others

Really sorry this has been your experience, we understand how frustrating that is 😞
In this case, you had included a company name on the address for this order, which means DHL automatically treats it as a business import. When a shipment is classed as B2B like this, an EORI number is required for customs clearance, and without it they’re unable to deliver, so the parcel is returned. These import rules are set by the destination country and courier, and unfortunately sit outside of our control (we’re not in a position to anticipate or manage every country’s import requirements for every product.)
As per our policy, we’ll issue a full refund once the parcel arrives back with us. If you do reorder, leaving out the company name (or providing an EORI for business deliveries) will avoid this happening again 👍

Great customer service
I placed an order for what I needed and I got a call about my order, They only had one baffle left and as such got it refunded, lucky I ordered 2 but only needed 1 so worked out fine. Will defo buy from them again.
