Scammers. Was attempting to book a cruise and was lied to by Charlie Austin. Thankfully my credit card detected the fraud and did not allow transaction to go through.
They tried to have me pay the entire cruise fee even though the cruise is 3 years away.
Tried to charge $ 2000 USD in taxes and fees over and above the cruise cost that would have gone directly to Infinity Travel.
Shame on you. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

There were some last minute changes to my flights made (international) and I had to pivot to find new flights to account for cancellations and reservation changes. Tom Hickers spent over an hour and a half on the phone with me to make sure that all my of my flights were fixed. I am truly grateful for the exceptional experience I had fixing these issues. Tim was very professional and assisted me in confirming a cancellation with a double booking at a different hotel. He also confirmed my refund status and how long it would take (maximum amount of days). Lastly, he was able to confirm that I still had my current reservation at the correct hotel. He was professional, efficient, and pleasant to work with. I prefer speaking with humans over any AI. That said, it appears the AI worked with the cancellation and Tim was able to confirm said cancellation.
