I made an error I spelling my husband’s…
I made an error I spelling my husband’s name. I called Allegiant Customer service and spoke with Jeff Adams. He told me I had 2 options. One was to cancel the reservation and rebook. Because I had paid with points and credit card, and I didn’t have time to deal with it…I went with option two. Jeff initiated the process via email and phone calls. He connected me with Infinity Travels to confirm the changes made and the price per flight. Jeff was very helpful and professional.

Jimmy Black was my customer service representative. He went out of his way to address all my concerns. I will definitely be calling Jimmy with my future flights with Flair. He made me feel very comfortable, he went over and above for me. Answered all my questions and helped me with so many things.
Seat selection, changes, Flight number. How to check in on day of flight.
I will recommend to my friends to call Jimmy directly for their flights as well.
We are seniors and Jimmy was very patient and helpful.
