Terrible
Terrible! The phone number on the confirmation email is now a residential number!!! They don't reply to emails. I never received the printers or an email saying that they had cancelled the order. My credit card was charged and then the payment cancelled.

OUT OF DATE ink cartridge received
Just ordered an Original HP ink cartridge. Received an OPEN unboxed cartridge which was a YEAR out of date!
Currently awaiting a reply from the company but have already disputed the transaction with my credit card company.

Appalling service and recycled item
Appalling service and recycled item. AVOID. Having to involve PayPal to claim money back. Paypal want tracking on return and had to fight for my return postage costs as this person is time waster selling fakes. At least I paid by PayPal. Does not reply to emails or Paypal dispute messages. Sold me “genuine new hp ink cartridges”. Arrived and not sealed, used, probably recycled cartridges being sold for 3x the price of those who honestly sell recycled ink. Absolute joke. Knew I should have bought from amazon even though more expensive. At least you know you are getting the real thing from amazon.

terrible
Sent out of date ink cartridge despite listing it as 'long date'. Customer service telephone is not in service. Do not respond to email, one came back as undeliverable. Returned order in full but still waiting for full refund. Had the cheek to offer me half my money back only. Avoid!!!
