Fantastic company and fantastic property training!

I've been on various training courses for property training, and the VIP group with Aran Curry/Insight Education has by far been the best one by a mile! Aran and he team have a huge wealth of knowledge and are genuinely passionate about making sure their students succeed in their own property investing. I've bought 7 houses since starting this program and agreed 6 rent to landlord deals, so it works if you follow the training! Can't recommend enough!

I think it fair to state, that by the age of 72+, one becomes a good judge in consumer matters, and in judging my experiences with the Insight Group, I am happy to confirm my experiences have only been positive!

No organisation can please everyone all the time, and having read some of the negative reviews, feel they are ridiculous, for example, expecting a refund, months after having made the financial commitment, or expecting a course to be held on their doorstep, just because that's what is convenient to them!? Get real! Organising and holding any kind of meeting costs £Ks, hence why, quite understandably, they are held centrally, and attendees travel to the central venue.

Aran goes out of his way to provide the very best value for money he can, and whilst promoting further courses, is an obvious necessity, the content and support provided are excellent.

I have invested in property for over forty years, and to keep my knowledge up-to-date, I have committed to several Property training organisations - seven, that I could name, and Aran's is easily amongst the best!

Attended a on-line seminar for 1hr each day, for 5 days, lots of plugging for the PMA 3day live seminar, I did a bit of checking and all seemed legitimate, as the week went on the promotion of the PMA live increased, and extra options were added nearly every day.

It became almost too good to pass up, so I bit the bullet. This is where it all fell apart.

The offer was 3 days live seminar, access to on-line modules of 200hrs, material and helps to get setup, access to Aran’s personal advisors, both financial, and maintenance people, a day at Aran’s personal home, you could add another person to all this free of charge, so 2 for the price of 1. All for the one off price of £2000 + VAT so £2400. All backed by a no quibble money back guarantee 🤪

Well the first 3day live was then set for May 2023 in Manchester, you have to cover travel and accommodation costs, I live in Milton Keynes. So I asked to be moved to the next one closer to home, London or Birmingham or even in MK ideally. Well now I am way past the 14 day cool off period, right.

They eventually told me they only do the live PMA in Manchester and London occasionally. So eventually there was one in London in September, and due to personal circumstances I was not able to attend.

I had not been able to look at the on-line courses and was not in a good mind set or financial position to pursue building a property portfolio. I therefore asked that I just be refunded and I could move on, as the e-mails and text messages just kept coming to promote the VIP service and the next live PMA in Manchester, and with cost of living spiralling, I just wanted my money back so I can move on.

Well it is like speaking to robots, the standard answer is you are outside of the 14day cool off, and have you done the on-line courses and everything Aran suggests.

The reality is I just want my money back, I have not looked at the on-line material and have not been able to attend the Live event or spoken to Aran’s advisors, or been to his house, or add the 2nd person.

The dates and places were not made available in advance, for a person to be fully informed, and only seem to be planned 3months in advance.

So as I approach the end of nearly a year of asking and no change in their response I still am no further and still getting mailed and texts for the next event in where?Manchester 🤪

Aran seemed to be very straight and fair, so hope I can just get my money back and move on, as I have not cost him anything even if just £2000 back I will be grateful right now, which I have put to your team in already.

Having done 6 days worth of training with Aran, some paid and some bonus sessions, I can safely say that the content is excellent, delivered by Aran himself in a super enthusiastic way. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone - experienced or not in property.

Fabulous 2 days training, really helped me move forward in my property journey

I found my training with Aran Curry and the Insight Group engaging, enjoyable and inspiring. I have come away with greatly improved knowledge and confidence and with a comprehensive plan of action to move my property business forward. I was also able to make valuable connections through the networking opportunities available

I am only at the early stages of the training at the moment. From the free training event I learned one route to raising finance that was staring me in the face that I didn't know I had. Today I have learned of another way I can raise finance, So in the space of 6/8 weeks I have gone from being not even sure if I was going to keep letting properties, to then working out how to buy my next, and now today I know how I'm going to buy up to 3 more in the next year. My attitude and ambition has changed for the better in this short time. I was initially put off as I wasn't sure if it was a scam, but after doing the free training session he did and realising that just 1 piece of advise had unlocked to door to getting moving again, I was happy to join the mentorship programme I don't know how much I will expand my portfolio yet.
But what ever it is it will be a lot more than I thought possible only 2 months ago

Great program gives you the confidence to fully embrace your property journey

Fantastic training. Aran is immensely knowledgeable across all the strategies, always willing to help and give specific answers. The training is clear, detailed and continually updated so one can have complete confidence and I'm sure I can make real progress in my property business as a result signing up with the Insight Group. Aran's team are also super-helpful. The whole experience is second to none.

My wife and I joined one of Arans groups to learn more about property development. He's helped us learn an enormous amount in a short period of time and been amazingly helpful along the way with transactions we've executed. His knowledge is extensive and knowledge base even more extensive, but one of the best things for me is the community he creates around his courses.
