They used somebody else's name to answer my complaint
The IPC is where you complain if your complaint to the AIS was dismissed. However your complaint with AIS will always be dismissed and the IPC is just another platform where your complaint will be dismissed again, this time with added arrogance and insult. They used someone else's name when they answered my complaint on their website! That just says it all about the level of competence and care for the motorists.
Do not assume that the IPC logo on any sign signifies credibility or integrity. It does neither!
The IPC (International Parking Community) is an organisation to which Car Park enforcement companies subscribe. The IPC boast that their Codes of Practice is fair and impartial to both the motorist and the companies who they represent.
However, as you would expect that is not the case. If a fully evidenced and factual complaint is made to the IPC about the improper and gross misconduct of one of their members, in this case ARDPark Ltd, the IPC will immediately support their member.
As an example they will state that the content of their IPC Codes of Practice is not mandatory. This therefore allows their members to simply choose to ignore them and carry out unfair and unreasonable actions in an attempt to enforce civil contracts on unsuspecting motorists. Ignoring and not acting in accordance with the CofP appear to be fully endorsed and supported by the IPC
Therefore the IPC cannot be called impartial and clearly represent only their members. Do not assume that the IPC logo on any sign signifies credibility or integrity. It does neither
