Just received my order and really pleased with it. There was a slight delay in the dispatch but I was informed by phone as to how I wished to proceed (without having to enquire myself). I was happy to wait and as they use Parcels2Go I had emails to let me know the items dispatch status. Really pleased with the quality and will use them again
The items have arrived, eventually. I chased the order after a week. and no reply. Just an automated shipment email some time later. No reply to my followup email either.
The Evri parcel (which would have cost much less than the £5 shipping charge) wasn't even sent until the 9th. Ordered on the 31st. Avoid if you want any customer service at all, or if you want your order promptly.
The website is full of spelling mistakes, claims to use Royal Mail and ship next working day, and the email addresses are gmail. Not impressive.
Placed a small order of several items, sounded like a great old school shop. Delivery arrived quickly and so well pack.
Unfortunately items were missing, handles were sharp unfinished metal so I emailed them, but e mail came bouncing back, several more attempts but no joy, so contacted the card company, live chat got no where after 30 minutes gave up, so e mailed them but no reply so far. Found another e mail for the shop, again after several emails no reply in fact e mail not opened, so mailed asking to return order, still nothing.
