Expensive waste of money

Ordered flowers and a cake to be delivered 10/15. Cake was delivered 5 days late (the wrong cake), flowers never arrived. No response to support emails. I’ve demanded a cancellation and refund - no response. I spent $170 on a tiny cake that was wrong. The recipient isn’t even in Japan anymore yet today I got a delivery notification, for what I don’t know. Pretty sure this place is a scam.

This is a SCAM company

This is a SCAM company. I can not believe PayPal still lets them utilize their credit card processing services. Do NOT order anything from this website. They are a company out of Kolkata India, they try to sell flowers in every country. They advertise items they can’t sell, and don’t offer any refunds or returns.

Nippon Florist is a scam company

Extremely dissatisfied with this company.

I have ordered 3(three) birthday cakes to be delivered on a date specified. They charged me for all three, but delivered only 1(one).

Nippon Florist customer service is virtually (no pun intended) nonexistent. Tried to call the PH # listed on their website, but nobody picked up.

I emailed them only to receive a "We are looking into the matter and shall get back to you soon." reply. There was no follow up reply from them and it is past 12(twelve) hours since that "...shall get back to you soon" email.

Am extremely furious for the cakes were for an elderly lady's birthday!!

The way Nippon Florist does business is completely reprehensible. Did not expect it from a Japanese company.

Do NOT order from them and spread the word!!

Absolute scam of a company for $100…

Absolute scam of a company for $100 flowers. I ordered days before Valentine's Day. Last minute I get this email that they can only deliver on the 15th. There is no customer support. The facebook chat feature doesn't work. They have stopped taking my calls. I am going to charge this back to my credit card company and report them for fraud.

"I hope this message finds you well. I'm writing to inform you of a slight change in the delivery date for your recent order with us.

Due to the high volume of Valentine's Day orders, we regret to inform you that the earliest delivery date for your order is 15th February instead of the initially scheduled delivery on 14th February.

In light of this update, we kindly request your confirmation regarding the revised delivery date. Please let us know if you would like to proceed with the order to be delivered on 15th February or if you prefer to cancel the order. Your prompt response will help us ensure that we handle your order according to your preference.

Kindly confirm your decision, and we shall proceed accordingly."

Delivered flowers were nothing like the picture on their website

Since this site is in English and they are located in Japan, I thought it would be a good way to send flowers to my mother in Yokohama for Mother’s Day. The flowers my mother received were nothing like pictured on their website. In fact it was half the quantity of flowers and it was a very small bouquet considering the $95 USD that I paid. I was disappointed and will not ever order from here again.

Total fraud and a charlatan

Total fraud and a charlatan operating God knows from which country. But they are not legitimate and a con artist. Please disseminate this to others and let others know about them and their site thejapanflorist.com to prevent others becoming victim of such scam as I have become. Placed the order from Australia on 9th of February 2021 for $235 AUD for a delivery to my girlfriend in Japan. As soon as I placed the order the order status changed to pending, once the money was taken out of paypal, the order status showed processed. the reply e-mail confirmation from paypal showed a number with the country code of 91 which is for india. I felt strange and started digging around..called the number which is disconnected. furthermore, the address they placed on their website can't be copied, it was a picture of a fictitious address in japan. once I searched for the address, it refers to a middle of a road in japan with two set of different addresses which has nothing to do with such a company. there is no phone number on the site and the only way to contact them is via webpage form e-mail. the automatic reply said they will contact me within 6 hours but still waiting. today is 14th of February 2021 and the site still showed the status of order as processed. thejapanflorist.com is a fraud and the site is a fake, they are scamming people off pretending they are a legitimate business for delivering flowers and other confectionery products worldwide, but in fact their scam is a one shop con to create an illusion of a safe business but yet they rip people of thier money. Tomorrow I need to call paypal Australia to start the process of requesting a refund for my money. I also found the fraudster details tried to call him, but as expected all details fictitious. Worst part is this site scamadviser.com which I tried to report, have given thejapanflorist.com a pass and a positive review which is also strong evidence of scamadviser.com and scamfoo.com can’t be trusted with their sloppy misleading fictitious review on these guys.
