Exceptional bank and extraordinary staff

Don't use it!

I recently used The Kingdom Bank, but a few days ago my account was suddenly suspended without any proper explanation. I contacted the support team multiple times and sent emails, but I have not received any reply at all.

I’m not worried about the remaining balance in the account — I’m angry about the quality of the service. Their actions have negatively impacted my business and caused serious inconvenience. From my experience, this service feels completely unreliable and unprofessional.

Avoid The Kingdom Bank

Avoid The Kingdom Bank, they are scammers, they claim they had a service disruption that caused their service to stop working temporarily,as the the result of the migration of an internal service provider, I had a recently ordered a card that stopped working after just maybe 6 weeks of use as a result.

Instead of offering a replacement card at no charge or refunding me the money I spent on the card I already paid for, and got basically very little out of, which would be the decent and ethical thing to do they only offer apologies, which while seemingly nice does not help me,

They leave the account holder being forced to pay for a problem that was entirely on their end, how am I to know that if I order another card they it will simply also again not stop working again and then again when they claim to offer the purchase of a new card the price is again higher because of added features.

No absolutely not, Just plain scammers, unethical or just incompetent and terrible & poor service , avoid these people.

Professional Support and Successful Account Opening

The onboarding process was more detailed and longer than expected, and there were some communication inconsistencies at the beginning due to changes within the team. However, after Romana Fedunyshyn took over our case, the communication became professional, responsive, and very helpful.

The compliance process was thorough, but all requested steps and requirements were eventually completed successfully. Our account and dedicated IBAN were activated, and the overall experience improved significantly during the later stages of onboarding.

I especially appreciate Romana’s support, patience, and willingness to assist throughout the process.

Friendly support, generous limits, and a refreshingly personal touch

I now hold both a private and a business account with The Kingdom Bank, and overall my experience has been very positive.

The support team has been consistently friendly and patient — which matters, because the platform is still young and has a few rough edges. A couple of examples: at first it wasn't possible to add a debit card to Google Wallet, but that has since been resolved. Getting the correct street address into the right field also took several hours in the Telegram chat (the system fills it in automatically and still needs some polish there), but my account manager Jibin John was always courteous and eventually got it sorted.

One thing I particularly appreciate is that, once you actively use the account, even private customers are assigned a relationship manager reachable via WhatsApp or Telegram. That kind of direct, human accessibility is rare in modern banking, and it makes a real difference when something needs to be clarified quickly.

The bank also offers unusually high limits for debit cards and other payments, which is a real strength. Crypto transactions work very smoothly in my experience — I haven't had occasion to test fiat transactions yet, so I can't comment on those. As an IT engineer, I fully understand that a new platform will have a few small bumps to iron out, and I have confidence the team will get there.

One area I'd love to see improved: user-to-user transfers, especially for crypto, could be considerably faster. At the moment you typically wait around an hour for the "pending" status to clear, which feels long for an internal movement.

That aside, I'm happy to give The Kingdom Bank a very high rating. The combination of generous limits, crypto-friendly operations, and genuinely personal service is unusual, and I wish the team every success going forward.

Very good onboarding experience

Romana (my account manager) is very supportive and communicative. I was guided very thoroughly through the whole account opening process. The bank offers very good solutions for businesses that operate internationally, and allows particular ease for crypto deposits.

Worked well - account with IBAN is free

Hello, I created a new individual account at TheKingdomBank.com - Dominica. Run smootly. IBAN worked also and since a few day the account including IBAN is free.
As already mentioned on some sites - don't mixed it up with other Investments or banks with similar names.
And the transfer of money and change of currency isn't free. Price list is only available through the support.
Just now the virtual debit card cost only 1 USD/month and opening is free.

they call themselves offshore accounts…

they call themselves offshore accounts but they only receive money from own bank account, a bad joke of course, you can't buy crypto, you can only sell, another bad joke, in general the whole site is a bad joke, they removed the GB iban and put the PL iban, same rules with the same bad jokes
