Ordering Experience:

After quite a bit of research and hesitation, I decided to order the Cyberpunk 2077 Black Samurai Jacket (real leather) from TheLeatherCity. One thing worth mentioning upfront: there are no proper real-life product photos on the product page. The images look like renders or reused promo shots and are fairly low quality. Because of that, ordering felt risky at first.

Still, I went ahead and placed the order and contacted them about sizing and shipping.

Communication & Support:

Communication wasn’t always instant, but they were polite and helpful. Replies sometimes took a bit of time, but they always responded within 24 hours.

From my experience, WhatsApp works much better than email. Once I switched to WhatsApp, responses were noticeably faster and clearer.

They also contacted me themselves about sizing, which helped avoid mistakes.

Shipping & Delivery:

The jacket ships from Pakistan, and mine was sent with FedEx International Priority.

Once I received the tracking code, delivery was very fast. The package arrived at my door (NL) just 3 days after tracking was issued, which exceeded my expectations for an international shipment.

Another pleasant surprise was the import cost. Customs and fees were surprisingly low compared to what I expected for a leather jacket shipped internationally. For legal reasons, I won’t elaborate on why.

Packaging was solid, and everything arrived in good condition.

Product Quality & Design:

In person, the jacket looks great and matches the design shown online. The leather (sheep leather for this specific jacket) feels soft and comfortable, and the construction feels solid without being overly heavy.

The patches are stitched on, not printed, and the stitching quality is very good. Nothing feels cheap or glued. The zip-in hoodie liner is also a nice bonus and makes the jacket more versatile.

Overall finish, seams, zippers, and details feel well put together.

Overall Impression:

I was honestly unsure at first because of other reviews I read, the lack of real product photos, and the fact that the store is overseas. The negative reviews almost stopped me from ordering. In the end, I’m glad I didn’t let that scare me off. Everything went smoothly for me, the jacket arrived fast, and they were responsive when I contacted them. Even if you do get unlucky, they don’t disappear and are willing to communicate.

Shipping was fast, communication was decent, the import costs were low, and most importantly, the jacket actually looks and feels good when you wear it. I’m very happy with the purchase.

It's been months since I was sent a plain sweatshirt instead of the track jacket I ordered. They promised to remake it. Almost 2 months later and they are still giving me the run around. Stay far away do not son business with there people.

I saw the Jon Hamm coat on Fargo's last season and really liked it. So I eventually looked for it on line. Found it at Leather City and had to order it. The price was good and delivery was in a timely manner. The coat came and looked great. Just like in the show. The fit was good... I usually wear a large and it was just right (the sleeves were long but I cuffed them and actually wonder if they weren't intended to be cuffed). The coat is real leather and heavy... can't imagine any wind ever making it thru this coat. I am very happy with this purchase.

Their product was spot on. Delivery was a little slow but it was due to their being so greatly interested in making sure I had a suit that was perfectly tailored to my fit. It was a fantastic hit for Christmas. Their customer service was great. The pricing was very fair. I Would highly recommend checking out their website.

The Real Leather Comoany were very good during all steps of the transaction. They communicated well making sure I had ordered the right size and let me know when the order was recieved and dispatched. I am very happy with the polite manner in which they communicated and am very satisfied.

PMy husband is a fan of the TV series Shetland and the main character, Jimmy Perez wears a particular style of coat so I thought I would get one for my husband. Leather City had one advertised so I contacted them and they replied asking for my husband's measurements. They provided clear visual instructions on how to take these measurements and I imagine them a little like Santa's elves, working away to create a perfectly fitting coat. My husband is delighted.

I highly recommend Leather city. I recently ordered a turquoise sway jacket with fringe on it. They contacted me immediately to get my measurements to make sure that this was going to fit when they got through making it. Which it obviously did and it is amazing. The quality is second to none. These people were very easy to work with and stay in touch with me through the whole process. I’ve never had such service, especially from an Internet purchase. They are outstanding to work with.

Ordered a suede coat but order was delayed due to the suede not being the quality Leather City wanted. They promised i would have it by Christmas and today it came, Christmas Eve. The coat exceeded my expatations. I won't hesitate to order from them again or recommend them.

The best customer service I have experienced in many, many years. I was unhappy with the initial product I ordered, they then made to order a replacement on my chosen fabric, and told to keep the original item which I love. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Great company.....

I ordered a quality Santa cloke from the team at The Leather City. I live in the UK and was surprised to receive an email asking for exact body measurements so that they could make me a ‘tailored’ fit. The quality is amazing, the service unbelievable, the value is out of this world and the delivery very prompt. I wish I could add photographs of me as Santa with my grandchildren. I bought the leather jacket from Jin Kazama Tekken 8. I love the jacket, it feels great and looks amazing. Its looking preety close to one in game probably the most accurate looking jacket you can find online. I will definitely buy more products from them.

Awesome product!!! My son looks great in it and the sizing was perfect! He weighs approx 130lbs, 5'7 and we got him the XS.
I was worried that it wouldn't get in here in time before Halloween so I reached out to the TLC and they responded quickly saying they would ensure to make it happen. It arrived the day before Halloween, and my son was ecstatic! Thank you TLC for an cool product and great customer service!

I bought a 5xl jacket for a 6ft 1 male thats 3xl or 4xl if wants baggy. This jacket actually just fits him! They send you a size chart though (charts always go over my head ) there was a couple loose treads but you can get that with any item of clothing! All in all my son really loves the jacket! So much so he tried to sleep in it! 😅 definitely worth the price to be honest

Wanted to wait until actually got to use my jackets. I ordered 2 Chris redfield jackets. I enjoy both and would recommend leather city to anyone consider them

I am very happy with this purchase. It fits well and the material is nice and soft. Had it not been for the long wait (6 weeks) I would have given it a 5 star rating. Anyways, it was worth it.

Had the pleasure of ordering the Tim Allen Santa suit that came promptly and fit amazingly well. I am 59 I ordered the two XL and it has everything and more! They do offer the Santa hat as well which I am going to order today. The leather city is very prompt and affordable, as well as a really good at keeping an open line of communication.
