I haven’t received my card yet. Ordered 27th July. Was for my anniversary. I’m sure it will be nice when it arrives but really think you need to avoid using Royal Mail.

Hi Anna, thank you for the feedback. Apologies for any confusion with the dimensions provided on the product page, all of the 'product details' are correct for this card. I'm sorry that the card you received was marked, and that I missed this when packing your order. The card is not from 'elsewhere' but there a small number of cards that unfortunately had the wrong sort of price labels used on them when I first opened my bricks and mortar shop about 18 months ago. This would have been one of these cards that I have had for a while, hence in being in the 'last chance to buy' category of cards with a reduction in price, though of course this doesn't mean you should have received a card with a mark on it. I have refunded your order in full. Apologies if you were unable to find how to contact me to raise your concerns other than via this review. I hope the full refund goes some way towards satisfying your concerns.
