Simply amazing

Simply amazing!
Martha kept me in the loop with delivery of a special item, which I really appreciated and it arrived 3 days earlier than first thought!! Martha, you have such beautiful, unique items and i can’t wait to visit the actual shop, thank you ❤️

Absolutely amazing

Absolutely amazing, Quick delivery too. Beautifully packaged and secure.
The items I ordered are stunning, I am so thrilled and will definately recommend and use The Lily Pad again.

Charged for product and did not ship to me

Charged for product then when I asked about shipping she said she did not ship to the US. Too expensive. I told her to refund my money then. Why did she charge me for item if she doesn't ship??? Did she think I was gonna fly to the UK to pick up the item? In the end, she only partially refunded my money and I got nothing for it! Don't do business with this crook!

I’m sorry for your frustration, but I’d like to clarify what happened.

You placed your order using the “Collection from shop” option, which is clearly listed as in-store pickup only, not shipping. My Terms & Conditions also explain that buyers outside the UK must request a shipping quote before purchasing, as some items are too large or too costly to ship internationally.

Once you asked about delivery to the USA, I immediately explained that the item was far too large and expensive to ship, and I cancelled the order and issued a refund.

You did receive the full refund on my end, and if any deduction appears, it would be related to currency conversion or bank fees, which I do not control.

Given that everything was handled according to the website’s terms and the refund was issued promptly, leaving a 1-star review for a misunderstanding caused by not selecting the correct option does feel very unfair.

I understand the disappointment, but I did not keep your money or attempt to mislead you in any way. The order was refunded promptly, and I followed the terms stated on the website.
