Confused

Well, I had reached out to get a refund only the add on for the therapist which I didn’t have access to and had found out that I wasn’t even charged for it which there was then no need for a refund. But then the assistant canceled my subscription all together and refunded me for the subscription I got. I hope I didn’t loose all the work I’ve been doing these last couple of days and that my subscription can be reinstated.

Who are these people saying this app is good and helpful?! It is superficial at best, and if you want any improvement you have to pay for everything. You get literally NOTHING from your first payment. Don't waste your money, learn from me-I regret buying it.

I live with stage 3 COPD and alone.

I have stage 3 COPD. So sometimes my answers to the questions don't match too well for me. I am enjoying having a place to come and explore my life and my reactions to it. Living alone this format becomes very satisfying.
