Communication was very good got an appointment booked in the next day. I didn't get the plumbers name but he was a lovely polite lad! Assessed our leaky/blocked downstairs toilet issue, got stuck in, cleaned up and had our toilet working again within the hour. Highly recommend! 👍

Terrible experience from start to finish. After a no-show appointment (and having to take a day off work as my tenant was away), the plumber eventually turned up a week later, stayed for 10 minutes, and left the job half-finished. The company then billed me for a full hour, initially claiming all of the work was complete, and then that the engineer was there for 58 minutes.

I had to provide communication records to prove the engineer had falsified his time logs and forged my tenant's signature. It took a month of arguing with a rude complaints department and a threat of legal action to get my money back. Extremely unprofessional.

They work with different sub-contractors and I am sure they have many great people but sadly my experience was very poor.

READ THIS FIRST......Make sure you confirm the minimum cost of any work before booking this very clever, misleading company. I rang to book & was told firstly the cost would be £62.50 & they only charge for the work carried out. Once I agreed, later in the conversation, it is quietly mentioned there is a minimum charge of 1 hour, making the actual cost £150. This cost was never quoted at the start. They sound very polite, honest & trustworthy, making out they know your area really well....very clever. They are so dishonest that on their own website they state they have 5 star reviews from several different places, which is definitely NOT the case. BE WARNED, DON'T USE, unless you are happy with their charges.

The plumber was very intimidating, spent half an hour trying to persuade us to pay him direct there a them for the toilet without using the company for the job. He inputted his details on our phone.
He was very pushy and made us very uncomfortable
Rang the company to complain and they didn’t take it seriously and was very flippant and off handed in the way they spoke.

Prompt on the day emergency service, the plumber was courteous and explained how the repair was to be rectified, and was carried out efficiently.

I booked this for my 88-year-old mother after being quoted £180 (£90/half-hour, 1-hour minimum) with no mention of extra fees other than parts. Despite no parts being used and the job taking under an hour, she was charged £229.20.

When I queried the bill, I was told the extra £30 was a "rental fee" for using a wet vac because a plunger didn't work. Charging a customer to "rent" basic professional equipment—without any prior disclosure—is absurd.

The work itself was fine, but the lack of transparency regarding "machinery fees" and VAT is incredibly disappointing. Great service, but watch out for the hidden costs.
