When l order on line l get a response with in 12 hours letting me know my order is being processed.
Plus they give me a timing with in four hours of when it will be delivered and date, plus they always close the gate when they have delivered.

Excellent service
Excellent service, speedy log delivery. I ordered my logs on Saturday on the website and they were delivered Monday morning. I got the 'Small Split British Mix' and it is excellent. The logs are dry enough and small enough to get going just with fire-starters, (we ran out of kindling one night)! Really impressed. I used to chop up a few of larger logs into smaller ones so I had a good selection, but no need to do that now, a really excellent choice.
