I had ordered the wrong logs by mistake. You could not have been kinder, you redelivered some more bags and took away the logs I had ordered. ( they woukd not burn on my stove)

Excellent service, as always. The whole team are a pleasure to deal with. Sue in the office couldn't possibly be more helpful (she is wonderful actually), and the delivery driver (sorry I don't know his name) went above and beyond to get my bags of British Mix to where I needed them. I never hesitate to recommend The Logshed team to anyone. It's a genuinely superb set-up.

Good quality oak logs
Easy to order and delivery as arranged. Good sized bag of oak logs, burn slower and last longer than mixed bag of hardwood logs. Now my 4th year of ordering from the Log Shed.

The logs are now too small I'm afraid so I'm constantly having to get up to put more logs on the fire !! (and paying a lot more to do so!) I'm sure there must be a halfway house here with logs about half of your normal big ones perhaps !!??

Dear Mr Brown. I understand we spoke to you yesterday. You had the popular Small Split (3.5inches width) delivered which I believe you wanted to try as some of our standard logs are a little too large for your stove. It seems the Small Split are too small for you so perhaps next time, it may be best to stick with the standard logs.
