Similar story. Ordered an item, took payment. Have had no response to any emails and not got a clue if or when item will arrive. There are other vendors available!!

Confirmed orders not shipped after 3months
I placed two orders with this company on 01/06/26. I've sent them multiple emails requesting status of my orders since they haven't been received. On two occasions they responded that my orders were ready to ship. Over the past few weeks I've sent them several more emails requesting status of my orders and they haven't responded.
